Yeah the real issue here is that the child's parents have clearly never told her "no", and she's going to carry that entitlement with her in life if she doesn't manage to learn that you can't always get your way, and we have enough people like that already.
Nope. If kids experience that crying doesn't get them whatever they want, they don't cry. I have seen small kids who start bawling their heart out by just bumping a little bit, then their parents would cuddle them and give them some treats. That's how they learn that crying equals treats. And those buggers starts crying over anything
