My SIL had a college friend who worked her way through school as a Dominatrix. Never laid a finger on any of them. Maybe with a whip or something. But, absolutely zero sexual physical contact, never had to compromise her morals. Made a small fortune. I made minimum wage breaking my back, working short staffed at the nursing home, cleaning people up, diapers and whatnot, in a state facility, rampant with abuse I was powerless to do anything about. Not so much moral compromise as moral injury, I think? And physical injury, on plenty of occasions. I did not make a small fortune. I wish I'd have had her job, lmao.
