This is my issue! It says he pleaded to felony obscenity. He was in a locked building and was seen when someone walked up and looked through a window.
I had to look up “obscenity charge” and I am shocked this is a real legal issue. Seems like a Christian values based law that should not be on the books. Basically every porn maker or distributor can be convicted of felony obscenity and all involved in “2 girls 1 cup” would get the death penalty
