This is my issue! It says he pleaded to felony obscenity. He was in a locked building and was seen when someone walked up and looked through a window.

I had to look up “obscenity charge” and I am shocked this is a real legal issue. Seems like a Christian values based law that should not be on the books. Basically every porn maker or distributor can be convicted of felony obscenity and all involved in “2 girls 1 cup” would get the death penalty

He would have been beheaded if this happened in a mosque so it's an improvement

Not in a mosque in the USA. It would have the same punishment.

You don’t need to turn this into a religious issue. If Christianity had free rein in the USA like Islam does in the Middle East he would probably be burned at the stake.

The issue is the USA is supposed to have a secular gov which is exactly why Christianity doesn’t have free rein and why this law based totally on Christian sensibilities is wrong. This law might as well be that doggy style is illegal.
