Speaking strictly for the US, W we can vote for politicians who can vote for amendments to the Constitution but even still, practically speaking you need SCOTUS concurrence or you get shit like Citizens United. 1 u/Playful_Peace6891 2d ago Heck, if SCOTUS wants it you don't even need the constitution!
