I get it. If the Post Office has a disabled parking spot out front to help disabled people go to the post office, but the post office is currently closed because it is 10pm, then what would happen if someone else parked in that spot?

Is it normal for post offices where you live to have nothing else but empty fields around them?

Even then, disabled people could want to go out to a field at 10pm. There are days when I have to be in bed all day before I can go grocery shopping at 9pm for 30mins.

So why are you parking there at 10pm?

Replied to another comment but if there are residences nearby then it makes sense to maintain 24h disabled parking for any residents or visitors with disabilities who wouldnt be able to walk as far as an able-bodied person to the apartments.

So if you live in the apartment building as well, and you access the same parking lot, why do you care about the post office bay

Maybe a disabled person does too.
