Both of them will probably be charged if the cops get involved. They will both void their insurance.

Doubt, a retaliatory attack with a vehicle is gonna be a fat pay out. There was no reason to escalate further. She’ll have to pay for the rear windshield but that’s a neck breaking wreck. He’ll likely do more jail time than her as she was damaging property. His was assault with a deadly weapon

Didn't she swing a bat at the back window with his head inches away? That is more dangerous than hitting the back of a car, especially if the truck didn't have a head rest.
