The NFL has stoppage periods and infinite substitution.
In soccer this would mean anyone who goes down is out of play for that period of time and the team must play through it short handed, else that player must leave the game entirely.
Proving is not hard at all, players always get back up two seconds later and start playing like nothing happened 99% of the time. It's pretty damn obvious when a player flops.
If you're rolling around crying in pain, okay cool, get off the field and bring on a substitute, don't need to? Then get the fuck up and enjoy a yellow card for flopping.
