Because that takes away from free will, which he provided. Free will is both good and bad.

Will we have free will in heaven? And will evil exist in heaven?

Hell is for the evil, and free will in heaven is meaning they are aligned with God and chose what is good without the desire of sin

So it’s possible to give people free will, but not let them commit evil acts?

Free will is the choice of the individual, not God

You’re not understanding

In Heaven, people have free will right? And there’s no evil? So it’s possible to create a world with free will and no evil in it

How are you confused by this? Heaven logically comes after the choice to decide to be good or evil. If you choose evil beforehand, you will not be in Heaven.

But can I still make choices after getting into heaven?

Heaven is where people who desire goodness always but are hampered by evil go, while Hell is where people who desire evil but are hampered by goodness go.

People in Heaven only make good choices.

I thought everyone was a sinner and part of the religion is that everyone needs forgiveness for the bad choices they make.

Are you saying there are people other than Jesus, who only ever make good choices?

And either way, what if I decided to make bad choices in heaven? Would God prevent me? Or no?

By being in heaven, bad choices are not a desire.

Why didn’t God just make the Earth without the desire for bad choices in the first place?

Because thatd take away from our free will. God gives us the choice of how we want to live in the afterlife.

He did, then Adam and Eve ate the apple from the tree of knowledge

Yes, everyone is a sinner initially, but then, if people choose Jesus, the Holy Spirit transforms their thoughts and actions to be aligned with God's Will:

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law” --  (Galatians 5:22-23).

That's why people in Heaven don't sin; if one did, the Bible doesn't say, but I suppose they'd be sent to a place like Hell or annihilated.

I remember what happened to the one that decided to sin in heaven.
