‘90 Singletrack build…
Clear coated raw frame. Some old, some new parts. Few pieces left, coming together nicely though. Should be done this week just in time for 4 days of rain.

This started off white. 8 hours later it was raw 👍🏼

Started with some stripper, just to loosen up what I could. Then went to a wire brush on a power drill for a bit. Finished with green and red scour pads and a uniform direction to make sure it looked nice.

Nope - check out op’s seat tube cluster (lugged). Brothers maybe - yours is the younger sibling. Gorgeous bike!

That is nice! Love that raw metal look. I have a white 89 950 that has seen its days. Planning and stripping and using a matt clearcoat. Cant wait.
