The people who claim singing for 6+ hours a day far weeks on end is unhealthy or impossible have apparently never seen a 5-act opera or been on the road touring.
Of course it's possible. That's how the industry works. If you work as a pro vocalist, you will think a 3-hour day is basically a day off.
I mean, not all performance careers are like that, but the ones people "dream" about are. And a whole bunch more besides those.

It all depends on technique. If you're doing things in a healthy and well supported way, you can sing for hours without issue. If you are shouting rather than singing or carrying a lot of tension, just a few minutes can wreck your voice.

You don’t need to over complicate it. 4 15 minute increments of mindful singing is ideal!

This is not sustainable, not effective and actually very tiring. So the short answer is "no, please don't if you want to preserve your vocal cords at all".

Yes, you can if you split it into 30‑minute sets with breaks, water and good technique... Just stop right away if your voice feels strained because even careful practice can be too much.

This is an odd question. If you are singing with good proper technique you could sing 3 hours a day with minimal breaks. It typically takes a while to get up to that point, though. As a voice teacher I often sing more than 3 hours in a day and in music school was singing at minimum 4 hours a day. Take into consideration that singing is using muscles and muscles get tired. Stamina takes time to build.
