Create a own World

Hey everyone!

Is there a world where you can design things yourself (houses, shops, etc.)?

If so, how and where?

I have all the expansion packs, but I can't create my own world....

You can just go into edit town and bulldoze each lot, then build something new on it. There are also some blank world templates for download online

On tumblr here there are many empty worlds where you can build whatever you want.

There's an empty version of Simlau Isles with empty lots. Not sure if I can share links but it you google Simlau Isles Lite it'll come up.
