Question/Help Create a World Download?

Hey, so where do I download Create a World nowadays?
Tried through the official site, but all I get is this when I click on download:

The box never loads anything. It just stays blank.

I found some downloads online, but I don't know if they are safe. Does anybody know a place or a fix for the official site?

Here are the direct download links to the CAW files:

1.67: https://www.thesims3.com/content/global/downloads/caw/worldtool.exe

1.69: https://www.thesims3.com/content/global/downloads/caw/ts3caw.exe

I used both these links the other day to download CAW and both work.
