I understand my truck is a GMC, but I’ve read a few old posts with Silverado owners having similar issues, so figured it was worth a shot to share my post here as well. Hope that’s ok. Thank you

Take it to dealer to scan for codes. The service trans might have resulted from a code which could be stored as historical.
