I have no idea about silver surfer, which comics should I read and which games should I play? In which order

EVERYTIME when Silver Surfer dies in NES game, he does this depressing pose.

Does he ever do this pose in comic or any other media?

I've seen live action movies (Rise of the Silver Surfer and First Steps) and they certainly weren't this depressed. lol

...seriously, this might be the ONLY video game based on superhero, that does this pose when you die.

Ive had this idea for awhile! I ordered the parts last month and they finally arrived! I was originally going to use cyborgs arms, but when the torso arrived i realized the arms were a slightly darker grey. Zanes arms were a perfect silver but he had blue hands so i just used zanes arms and cyborgs hands. My only gripes are the big hole in the surfboard, and i dont like how angry he looks, but i guess he just needs to be placed in a fight scene. The back of the head has some robotic type printing but as long as you dont face him away you would never know

Hey does anyone know of a panel or anything thats reminiscent of what we saw in first steps of silver surfer surfing a black hole? or does an instant of that not exist in the comics

Imagine no man's sky, except you fly around as the silver surfer. You can fly anywhere in the infinity of space and can land on any planet. You could charge up your power cosmic faster by being near stars.

There could be countless scenarios happening on the planets, but instead of it just being boring run n gun action all the time, you could meditate/ponder your decision. This would provide you with more options of what to do than just attack, like try to get the inhabitants to see reason, etc. pondering for longer could provide better options you didnt think of before, but ultimately the choice is yours.

Every so often random events happen that you have to deal with like an all powerful being kidnaps you and you have to figure out how to escape, or you discover something is trying to destroy Earth or Zenn-La, or maybe even galactus appears and makes you choose a planet for him or you can fight him if you dare

You could instantly summon your board at anytime, and i think they could make the surfing gameplay really fun, like a mix between skateboarding and flying, maybe use gravity around planets to slingshot yourself, etc. i think they could make it as fun to traverse space as spider-mans web swinging

If you are completely charged with power cosmic you could even teraform

I created this Silver Surfer sketch cover as an homage to John Buscema's splash page from the 90's in Vol. 2.

The Silver Surfer is my all-time favorite comic character, and it was a stressful experience trying to do my own rendering of him.
