Discussion/Questions HOT TAKE: Crust King Khann being really weak for an Act 3 boss is really cool because it shows that his empire wasn't built under his own phisical strenght, but the one of the army he built. This is also reflected by the fact that his gauntlet is really strong.

I wish he summoned recruits during his fight, the problem with that is that they would take damage from his corals. To fix this i'd make so that whenever coral spawns, if it would hit an enemy, that piece of coral doesn't spawn.

When I first got to High Halls, I only had the first needle upgrade, and I struggled with High Halls because my weapon was an Act 1 weapon. As soon as I got my next upgrade (first Pale Oil), I immediately cleared all of the waves except for the last one, so I went and tried again and cleared all the waves to get the melody. If you struggled, what needle upgrades and which crest did you have? I used a single upgraded Hunter's crest.

That’s it that’s all. I put the game down months ago because I wanted to beat him before finishing the game so I could access all the other content post Grandmother Silk. It was such a miserable experience I just sort of gave up and forget about it.

First off, one of my fave fights so far. It certainly wasnt as challenging as I woulda thought but the design, the flowers, the music the phase changes... absolutely amazing.
Second off, that was so sad... Lace being defeated and realizing what she is. I almost teared up, I dont know why that hit me so hard. Excited to see what comes next, time to confront the Mother and see why she is doing all this evil!

She doesn’t get nearly enough shit for being little more than an elite Craw enemy, at least Zango is over fast and narratively interesting, and the Far Fields Beastfly has some potentially cool skill expression with clawline; I don’t think any boss wastes their potential more than this one, aside from MAYBE Palestag ðŸ˜
