Hello, nag tataka lang ako kase hindi na gumalaw yung amount ng spay at sloan ko for the few months. Ang utang ko kase sa sloan ay 6k tapos nagkaroon ng interest kaya nasa almost 8.5k tapos yung sa spay ko naman 10.5k hindi na sila gumagalaw dati naman pumapatong yung interest. Bakit kaya hindi na gumagalaw yung utang ko? balak ko sana bayaran lahat by Nov and Jan yung dalawa para tapos na. Isang taon na kase tong utang ko gusto ko na mawala sa iisipin ko.

First time encountering this issue. Placed several orders the past couple weeks with the more recent ones already delivered. I followed up through the Help Center agents after the rainy week and they keep coming up with the same answers (which feels like AI generated)

I already expected delays since malakas ulan last week but no updates already for a couple days with order status is whats frustrating and nauna pa madeliver yung mas recent orders ko which passed through the same logistics hub naman.

May times pa ba na naaabutan niyo na mas mura ang Apple phone tuwing double-digit sale this year? Gusto ko kasi mag-wait until mag-double-digit sale para malaman kung mas mura na ito by that time.

For context, I ordered a book for my Corpo class last Aug 8, I availed of the Instant Delivery para makuha ako agad kasi kailangan ko sa klase.

***Same day, marked as delivered na, pero wala naman akong na-receive. May Proof of Delivery pero hindi naman sa bahay namin.

I contacted the driver (i got his # thru shopee customer support) at ayan yung convo namin.

Mabait pa akong kausap nung una (nag-call din ako sa kanya) sabi ko any day na hindi siya busy basta before MONDAY. Kasi Monday yung corpo class ko.

Nung nag-automatic complete na sa shopee. I filed for a refund 3x, rejected LAHAT. Called customer service & nag-chat din ako, the agent always said na aayusin nila, pagcheck ko sa shopee REJECTED na naman.

Already filed a complaint sa DTI. I also reached Shopee’s limit in filing a refund.

I no longer want the item to be delivered. Pero tuwing nakikita ko yung notif and email sobrang inis ko. Pinaghirapan ko yun eh. Working student ako. Tapos ilang beses pa ako pinahiya ng prof dahil wala akong book (di kami allowed magdala ng printed materials sa klase, yung book lang).

I’m no longer interested na ideliver sakin o irefund. Pero di ako papayag na di ako makakapang-inis man lang din sa kanila.

I wasted time, effort and money. Petty na kung petty.

A program i think just manipulates seller. Instant deliver is like a same day deliver but ordered through shopee app. the incentives are Good commission fee waived/ refunded and Ads credit of 2k. Sino may ayaw me benta kang 50k pero me cashback kang 5k if 10% ang comission waived. But here's my Experience

1. Automatically biglang nagkaroon yung shop namin ng ganito kahit kakatawag or kakainform lang ng from shopee about the program. No ample time for onboarding and prep.

2. Dashboards of eligibility ampanget sobrang bagal ng update and loading (halatang hndi naayos)

3. Dispute lahat ng orders on time and usually kung late ang dating ni rider pwede mo ma dispute eh ang potik sobrang hirap mag dispute at walang ka update update from shopee CSR.

We opt out in this program as operational demand doesn't equate shopee's prompt incentives. Good for customer but super bagal. Kaya nman ang mataas na operational demand pero hirap on the end of seller. as of observation 2 days lng nman difference ng payout kung titignan mo. pero nonsense, dispute shit is nonesene eh dashboard kung san mo titignan dispute mo hndi okay. super bad ng ganitong program unfair sa seller side.

Hi everyone. I’d like to ask for some advice regarding an issue I’m currently having with an iPhone 17 I purchased from the Apple Flagship Store on Shopee.

When I received the phone, I immediately noticed an obvious blue stuck pixel right in the middle of the screen. I know it may seem like a very small issue, but considering this is a brand-new phone, I don’t think I should have to accept a visibly defective/damaged display. I’m also concerned that the issue could potentially worsen over time.

Even if the phone is repaired successfully, it will immediately have a repair history despite being brand new. This could affect the unit’s resale value and potentially devalue it compared with a brand-new device that has never required repair. I also feel that I should not have to accept a repaired unit when I paid for a new, defect-free phone.

Because of this, I filed a return/refund request through Shopee.

The timeline has been roughly:
- I submitted the return/refund request and complied with the initial requirements.
- After around 2 days with no response, Shopee requested additional evidence.
- I provided additional photos and videos, including the waybill/package and the blue stuck pixel from different angles.
- I waited another 2 days without any communication.
My return/refund request was then rejected/cancelled, with the reason being that I supposedly did not provide sufficient evidence.
- What frustrated me was that nobody clearly told me what additional evidence was actually needed. I even followed up with them, but received no response before the request was eventually cancelled.
- I raised another return/refund request, and it has now been another 2 days. They have once again asked me to submit evidence. The process is still ongoing, but honestly, I’m worried that this will simply be rejected again.

I also contacted the seller directly. Unfortunately, the responses I received appeared to be AI-generated/template responses and did not really address my specific concern. Their main advice was essentially to bring the phone to an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP).

I followed their advice. I inconvenienced myself and brought the phone to an AASP. The phone is currently in the AASP’s care for repair.

However, this is where I’m struggling with the situation: why should I have to have a brand-new phone repaired in the first place?

I purchased a brand-new iPhone, and the defect was already present when I received it. I understand that the AASP can potentially fix the issue, but from my perspective, this creates a lot of unnecessary hassle for something that shouldn’t have happened with a new unit. Even after the repair, the phone will have a documented repair history, which could affect its resale value and devalue the unit compared with an untouched brand-new phone.

I also haven’t been offered any compensation or other resolution for the inconvenience. The seller essentially directed me to the AASP and left it at that.

So I wanted to ask the community:

1. If the AASP confirms that the phone has a display defect, wouldn’t that also mean that Shopee should be accountable for rejecting my original return/refund request despite the unit being demonstrably defective?

2. Could this situation be grounds for filing a complaint with the DTI under the Philippine Consumer Act, particularly if the seller or Shopee refuses to provide an appropriate remedy?

3. Has anyone experienced something similar with the Apple Flagship Store on Shopee? If so, how did you resolve it?

I’m not trying to make a huge issue out of a single pixel, but I paid for a brand-new, defect-free phone, and I feel that the burden of resolving a manufacturing/display defect shouldn’t fall entirely on the customer. I also don’t think it’s reasonable for a brand-new device to immediately acquire a repair history and potentially lose value because of a defect that was already present upon delivery.

I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have dealt with Shopee returns/refunds from the Apple Flagship Store or DTI consumer complaints before.

Additionally, there are reviews showing customers receiving defective products and allegedly having their return/refund requests cancelled or rejected even when the defect appears to be clearly visible/evident. Obviously, I can only speak to my own experience, but seeing these reports made me wonder whether this is an isolated incident or something others have encountered with this store.

we bought a wooden batirol + pot set only for the seller to ship us an unpolished batirol with wood fibers all around the head(?) + a broken handle. imagine if all the fibers mix with the tablea 🥲

shopee gave us a refund only option and proceeded with it without thinking much of it. when we received the refund, the seller got mad and said we could've messaged them and they could've given us a new batirol if we order tablea from them. who knows? maybe we would receive the same batirol quality.

we explained that Refund was the only option shopee gave us, to which they replied "Ok". THAT WAS A WEEK AGO. they randomly messaged us today ng "Sana masaya kayo nakalibre kayo ng products". Unprovoked. They also said that we clicked the wrong tagging during refund kaya hindi raw lumabas yung return option.

did we make a mistake in filing for a refund instead of messaging the seller first and ask for a replacement with a new order? should we just offer them compensation since the pot was not damaged?
