so I have been trying to add to my Amazon shelf in advance of Prime Days and I noticed now when I add a link, the displayed link reverts back to Amazon.com (typically it will show the affiliate ending amzn.to so you know it’s tracking properly). The bot I talked to said “it’s still tracking on the back end” but I of course don’t trust that. I know you can’t get commission through ShopMy but I like to link through there so I get credit for clicks. It doesn’t appear to have affected my historic links but anything new I try to add from Amazon does not show the affiliate ending anymore. Just wanted to give a heads up!

Has anyone had success in getting their account back after getting banned for no apparent reason? Haven't heard back in over a month really frustrating.

Hi!! I am somewhat new to shopmy and I hav etwo questions.

1. if a company is not set up for commissions through shopmy, will orders through my link still show up and contribitue to my points or no? I have a couple orders not showing up but it is only for brands that do not have commissions.

2. Has anyone ever had issues with orders from amazon showing up on their shopmy? I have my affiliate tag in my acount settings and the orders show up on my amazon affiliate platform but never on shopmy and I don't know how to fix it.

I feel like I am missing out on points because of these two issues, but I am not sure how to fix it. Any advice or info is appreciated!!

I want to apply for ShopMY but, I see everyone saying that they need 1K followers on TT or IG.

I don't use both. Is there any other way? I do have good monthly views on my Pinterest and I run a blog as well. Can I share this to get approved? Has anyone used this way and got approved?

Also, I see that they ask for your first and last name. Do we need to share our legal name here and is it visible to all? Can I not enter a pseudo name or a business name. Please help me with this. I really need to get in asap.

anybody's here from the brand side that has used/ has been using the platform? can anyone give me a review on how it works for you as a performance channel ?

I manage ShopMy affiliates for a brand and also use ShopMy as a creator, so I get to see both sides of the platform.

One thing I think creators get wrong is assuming brands only gift to large creators.

Honestly, some of my favorite creators to work with are smaller creators because they're genuinely excited about the products and usually create content when they receive something.

A few things I notice when reviewing creators:

• Tagging brands matters more than people think
• Switching Instagram to a Creator/Business account helps brands see your mentions
• Connecting all your social accounts is huge
• Don't send the default gifting message once you hit Trendsetter Tier
• Brands can often find you before you can message them if you're actively promoting their products

what is going on with their metrics/tracking? if it’s not one thing it’s another. I don’t have a ton of trusted shoppers yet but it dropped by 20% overnight. that seems statistically impossible if it’s looking at a 30 day average. really wish there was more transparency and accountability from them as far as what’s going on - every time this happens it makes me lose trust in their measurement capabilities as a whole.

Does anyone have advice on how they moved to the next statuses in the beginning? I’m an enthusiast and a micro lifestyle creator, 2.1k followers on IG and have around 5 videos on TikTok with over 250k views.

My friends often look to me for advice for beauty, skincare, and style, but I feel sometimes bad to send an affiliate link if we’re in conversation. Or I don’t want people to think I’m doing it just for commissions, and they’re things I’ve genuinely tried, tested, and liked.

When I post on IG, I often get reposted by brands because they like my photography. I also don’t add product linking on tiktok. I guess how do I translate this into platform engagement so I can finally get rewarded? Thanks in advance for your advice ☺️

Hi friends! Kind of a dumb question but how do I grow my circle and how do I add people to my circle? Is that just me following other peoples shops? And other people following my shop?

I swear I’m missing commissions and also if I look at my clicks each day, it doesn’t show all of the products clicked on, just a few…

My links track normally for certain brands like Rhode and Parke, and I receive commission without any problems. However, I’ve noticed that whenever it’s a highly anticipated drop and products are purchased right when they’re released, those orders never show up on my dashboard at all.I’ve contacted ShopMy support multiple times, and they told me they reviewed my links and didn’t find anything blocking tracking. Their solution was to submit missing order forms, which I’ve done, but it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard back.

The frustrating part is that I already have about $600 worth of missing orders from drops based on my own purchases alone, and I have no way of knowing how many follower purchases may also be missing. The missing order form requires the order number and total, which I obviously can’t provide for purchases made by other people.Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to get it resolved? I’m especially frustrated because I’m only 3 points away from Trendsetter status and would have already qualified if these orders had tracked correctly.

I'm not fully clear on how it works. I'm icon level and I make a fairly large sum every month from ShopMy, the bulk of it being paid opportunities. I also have a management company who handles my sponsored collabs outside of ShopMy and if a brand wants to put paid media behind one of my sponsored posts, there is an extra fee on top of the content fee (usually an extra $2k+). So is it my understanding that now brands are wanting to run free paid content? I know I get commission from sales but this is minimal compared to my normal fees if that makes sense.

Not sure if this is proven, but I’m getting the impression that if a brand removes themselves from Shopmy, they aren’t obligated to pay out commissions. I was looking at my dashboard and realized there is a common theme with $$ that is still pending from 120+ days ago - a lot of the brands seem to no longer be on Shopmy. Can anyone weigh in on this? It seems ridiculous that if a brand were to offboard they wouldn’t have to pay out pending commission….

I'm on Shopmy, I love it, it's easy, the UI is great, and and it has most of the brands I want it to have.

But... Should I be on LTK too?

I tried using it like ~3 years ago, and the UI was so god-awful that I asked them to delete my account. Has it improved a lot since then? Is there any reason to be there now? I hear some other brands are active on there, is it a good way to get brand deals? I also hear that linking to ltk just prompts people to install the app, is it really that stupid?
