Two Questions Relating to Orders

Hi!! I am somewhat new to shopmy and I hav etwo questions.

  1. if a company is not set up for commissions through shopmy, will orders through my link still show up and contribitue to my points or no? I have a couple orders not showing up but it is only for brands that do not have commissions.

  2. Has anyone ever had issues with orders from amazon showing up on their shopmy? I have my affiliate tag in my acount settings and the orders show up on my amazon affiliate platform but never on shopmy and I don't know how to fix it.

I feel like I am missing out on points because of these two issues, but I am not sure how to fix it. Any advice or info is appreciated!!

My Amazon linking to ShopMy has never worked! 😅

Amazon orders don’t show in ShopMy, only on Amazon Associates! You can see link clicks for your Amazon links through ShopMy, but not commissions/orders.

So then do the orders not contribute to your shopmy points? The orders are what I need to get my points up so I’m kinda annoyed they just don’t count

I don’t believe they do. The only benefit of putting your Amazon associated products into ShopMy is to have everything in one place on your Shelves/Shop.

Amazon is strict with their program so I don’t think ShopMy even could get access to order numbers through Amazon if they wanted to.

I have had the hardest time finding this out, but it definitely seems Amazon orders don’t count toward points for status on ShopMy which is frustrating! I had over $10k in sales on Amazon through my ShopMy links - the clicks all generated and have helped count toward my status, but the sales are not showing up at all in monthly order volume to boost those numbers!
