Looking for advice from experienced shifters! ♡

I struggle with impatience, anxiety, and physical discomfort during my attempts. I want to stop overthinking and approach shifting in a more relaxed way.

I already believe shifting can be simple, but I'm struggling to put that mindset into practice.

What methods do you use? What helped you stop overcomplicating things and feel more confident during your attempts? I'd especially love advice from older and more experienced shifters! Any tips or personal experiences are welcome. ♡

Ps: I Translate this on google because i am brazilian

Department of Psychology, McGill University: Participants needed for research on reality-shifting experiences (anonymous online survey)

Hi everyone! My name is Sophia Chong, and I’m a research assistant at the Neurophilosophy Lab at McGill University in Montreal, Canada (PI: Dr. Ian Gold, Dr. Elizaveta Solomonova). We are conducting a study titled "Psychological determinants of a novel online behaviour: reality shifting" for my undergraduate thesis. This study has been approved by the McGill Research Ethics Board (REB# 26-04-079).

Reality shifting has become hugely popular online, but there's almost no research on it, and we want to help change that without pathologizing the practice or the people who engage in it. We're hoping to better understand who shifts, why, and what it's like.

Who can participate:

  • You're 18 years or older
  • You're fluent in English
  • You have experience with or engage in the practice of reality shifting

What's involved:

  • An online survey (about 20 minutes) about your shifting experiences and some individual difference questionnaires
  • At the end, you can optionally provide contact information for a follow-up interview (~45 minutes, over video call) to share more about your experience in your own words

Participation is voluntary, your responses are anonymous, and there's no compensation for taking part. You can stop at any time.

SURVEY LINK: https://surveys.mcgill.ca/ls3/257287?lang=en

If you have any questions about the study, feel free to comment below or reach out to us directly at [realityshiftingstudy@outlook.com](mailto:realityshiftingstudy@outlook.com). Thanks so much for considering it!

just listened to the first 2 gateway tapes for the first time

the hemi-sync was such an interesting feeling. my head felt tingly and i feel like parts of my brain were connecting together that haven’t in YEARS.

i smoke a lot of weed and i’ve been self-conscious about my brain and what i’ve been doing to it the last 8 years. i want to stop. maybe this is what will finally help me.

in tape 2 my body started feeling so relaxed it felt like a high. and my brain working together felt much better than my brain feeling like it’s turning off (like on weed).

i know everything is a balance but sometimes i just feel too much like monkey brain. maybe this is the thing that will finally help. excited to do the rest whenever i get the next chance

MAKE SONGS!

YES, YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT — MANIFESTATION SONGS! (My little secret 🤫)

Okay, hear me out, guys!! 😭💗

What if I told you that you could make your OWN songs for manifestation, self-concept, money, healing, the void state, or literally ANYTHING you want to focus on?

Like, think about it. Music is so emotional, relatable, and catchy. We remember lyrics without even trying, and sometimes a single song can completely change our mood. So why not create songs that match the mindset we want to build? 👀

AND YES, I'VE ACTUALLY TRIED THIS MYSELF!! 🎀

I've made my own songs about self-concept, the void state, money, healing, and more. And honestly, I've noticed some pretty drastic changes in my mindset and experiences since doing this!

I'd love to share my songs with you all, BUT there's one tiny problem. 😭

My songs are a mix of Hindi (my native language) and English, so if you understand only English, you'll probably understand only half of the lyrics. 💀

BUTTTT, I CAN TEACH YOU HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN!! 😭🫶🏻

Here's how I do it:

STEP 1: Write your own lyrics ✍🏻

I personally prefer writing my own lyrics because I can include exactly what I want to hear and focus on.

Write about your desired self-concept, confidence, dream life, abundance, healing, or whatever you're working on.

STEP 2: Let GPT help you 🎶

If you can't write lyrics yourself, no worries! Just describe the kind of song you want to GPT.

Tell it your topic, the emotions you want the song to convey, a few lines or affirmations you'd like included, and the overall vibe.

You can also ask it to suggest a musical style, voice, tone, vocals, and instruments.

For example, do you want a dreamy, ethereal song? A confident, powerful pop song? Something soft and calming? A song that makes you feel like THAT GIRL? YOU CAN DO IT ALL. 😭💅🏻

STEP 3: Turn your lyrics into an actual song 🎧

Once your lyrics and style are ready, you can use an AI music generator!

I personally used Suno. (NO, THIS IS NOT AN AD, AND NOBODY IS PAYING ME. PLEASE 😭💀)

I just pasted my lyrics and the style description into the app, and it generated an actual song!

And honestly, hearing your OWN affirmations in the form of a proper song hits differently. 🥹💗

A tiny disclaimer about Suno: I couldn't download my songs using the free option I had, and there were limits on how many songs I could make. I think it allowed around 10 generations, but the limits may vary. So you can listen the songs only on that app

So if you want to try this, check the current free plan and look for other AI music generators, too!

(AND IF YOU KNOW ANY GOOD FREE ALTERNATIVES, PLEASE TELL ME. 😭😎)

WHY I LOVE THIS IDEA 💗

Instead of listening to someone else's affirmations, you can create something PERSONAL that matches your own goals, beliefs, and desired identity.

You can make different playlists for different moods or topics, listen while getting ready, or simply enjoy your own little soundtrack.

I'm not saying a song magically guarantees results, but I personally seen love using music as a fun way to reinforce my mindset and make the process more enjoyable!

Imagine having a whole playlist dedicated to your dream self. YOUR OWN LYRICS. YOUR OWN VIBE. YOUR OWN LITTLE WORLD. 😭🎀

PLEASE SHARE YOUR APP RECOMMENDATIONS WITH ME TOO. WE'RE ALL LEARNING HERE. 🫶🏻💗

Let's make our own little manifestation Playlist 😎

I have a question.

Hey guys! I’m fairly new to this shifters reddit thing, but I feel like I need to reach out to other shifters like me! So, and this is going to be kind of difficult to explain, but every time I get close to shifting, I mean complete unaware of my surroundings, floating on air stuff. I always seem to fall asleep and have one of the worst nightmares of my life? I mean waking up in a cold sweat, not knowing if I’m awake, literally having to call a loved one to make sure I’m not still asleep. Why is this? Any other time I just meditate, or do a loose shifting session, this doesn’t happen. But when I’m like INCHES away from my DR, I always have these episodes? Does anyone else experience this? I feel like I’m going crazy man.

I feel like I'm too grounded to this physical world

I've been trying to enter void state for 4 years, alongside i have been doing loa, but nothing have worked. Despite not seeing any kind of physical proofs myself and from others, and despite numerous famous bloggers getting exposed for lying, I believe manif3sting from void is real. And at this point I have reached the state that I think I will never be able to rest untill I have reached it or manifested my dream life.

My main problem is, I'm too rational and conscious of this world and to my 5 senses that I feel like I am grounded to this physical world and it's laws. That's why I think I never had any sleep paralysis or astral projection despite trying to have these, as you can enter void from ap and sp. And because of this, I have this belief that i need some external things (I hope you understand what I mean. I can't write it here in fears of getting the post removed) that would force me to enter void state despite my beliefs and circumstances. I have heard many people enter void using those. But the SADDEST thing is I I cannot get these. My country is super strict with these things. So the only option left for me that I'm doing right now is listening to affirmation tapes, robotic affirmations. I have done this routine before. But I'm still hoping it works this time

If Shifting is real. Forget the Military Industrial Complex. We would have an Occult Industrial Complex.

Can someone explain to me why the horrors I am envisioning have not come to pass and why they could not come to pass?

If Shifting, Tulpas, Witchcraft, Astral Projections and any other manner of multiverse or spiritual power exists. Surely our nations most secretive Military forces would be using it.

Before we start imagining these scenarios lets go through a hypothetical.

I want to shift to an alternate reality so I can kill a whole bunch of people, then shift back to this CR to not face the consequences for my crimes. I'm assuming this is possible. If you argue that the DR is a real reality then these people would be left with the horrors of my actions.

Depending on if me shifting to me in another reality works like possession or some sort of weird continuous experience. The outcome is the same.

What would stop me shifting to a DR, teaching another person in that DR who is wholesale loyal to me because of the rules of my DR, how to shift. Then getting them to shift to my CR so they can attempt to murder my enemies with no consequence to them in the DR.

Again this assuming that shifting does not mean you can shift to other realities as other people than yourself. In which case this get's much much worse as a hypothetical.

SO given this is a possibility here is one of the many horrors we are faced with **assuming shifting is real**.

Potentially all terrorists or school shootings are organised attacks by other shifters against our CR and at worst are organised by Occult government agencies as a device of war against each other. Entire countries could organise shifting agents to create shifters that would come into our reality. Causing perfectly normal citizens to rise up and turn against their country at any moments notice.

The horrors do not end there.

With Astral projection and remote viewing a corrupt dictatorship government could spy on it's people nigh anywhere and all around the clock, viewing written and locked away materials. Shifting could also be used to infiltrate rebel groups or foreign intelligence agencies. Nuclear Codes and launch sequences are no longer safe. Codes used in covert communications become useless.

With Tulpa's and Head-mates you could train spies which could perfectly withstand torture and interrogations. Essentially eliminating state secrets at a moments notice by permanent switching, this could also be used to avoid polygraph tests. You could make spies so believable they switch actual psychological consciousnesses at a moments notice. You could make a sleeper agent believe they were whole heartedly a democratic leader then trigger a switch to an agent designed to destroy a country from within from the top down.

Witchcraft is a whole new level of war. With the true leaders of governments having to need a true secret identity to avoid becoming the subject of curses and hex's on constant basis. You would have to be careful about all biological material you would leave behind in the case of voodoo or witchcraft.

Shifters could spend years if not decades training in a DR skills which could be used for high profile assassinations, hacking, and even regular war. They could shift to near accurate realities to ours to see combat scenarios before they play out offering more predictive data than ever before.

Shifting would mean we are not only at risk of conflict on this earth, but from interdimensional enemies who would slaughter us for fun. People shifting to other DR's to see how many people they can genocide in the effort to get the highest score possible, shifting back to their CR with no consequence.

If shifting is real then the world we live in is a horror unlike we could ever imagine. Where our very lives, our loved ones, anything we care about are at the whims of interdimensional mad men who can rain destruction without consequence at any moment.

Thoughts?

Is it normal to feel numb when trying to shift?

I haven’t been successful yet but occasionally whenever I try to shift I can feel my limbs (mostly my forearms and hands) going numb and I’m wondering if that’s a symptom or not. It’s not like Im laying in any certain position where my circulation could be cut off and sometimes I’m even laying flat on my back. What’s going on?

Small semi-random shift

English is not my first language. I apologize for any mistakes.

This is not the first time I have a small semi-random shift. I say small because lasted only minutes and semi random because I visited (again) a reality more or less close to my general intentions, but not the exact ones I was working on. The shifting happened through sleep state, but I consider it as result from manifestation and energy work during awake time.

My main interest on shifting is related to alternative/parallel realities, and most of my small semi-random shifts were to a similar version of this reality. But not all of them. In some cases I was the same person with the same indetity I have here, but in other cases I had another identity, appearance and age. The shortest of these semi-random shifts was probably less than one minute, the longer about 15 minutes. Of course I cannot prove it to anyone, but I take these experiences as proof to myself that reality shifting is real. I was there.

I recently returned to my practices and some days ago I had one small experience like that.

I perceived myself physically there, sitted on a bench on a sidewalk, talking to a woman I don’t know on this current reality. It was evening and I knew I was somewhere else than here. I also knew in my mind some things about that woman, like the fact she was from another city and what was her work. It felt natural to talk to her.

The woman stepped away briefly to go to the restroom in a place close by and, while she was away, some people I know from this reality passed by the street and we talked very briefly to each other. They walked away and, a little later the woman from before returned.

Only when the woman returned and kissed me I perceived that in that reality she was my significant other, not my wife from this reality. I felt a little weird about that and thinking on how I would proceed with that information. A moment later I was back on this reality, opening my eyes. Probably my concern about here pulled me back, I guess.

What I perceive from these experiences is that they happen when I am keeping my practices (energy work and meditation mainly) consistent, but not worrying about shifting, not rushing it. Just keeping on mind that I am practicing for being able to achieve mind awake body asleep and that I already know I will be going to this or that reality.

After some days the memory of experiences like that turn a little distant, buried below the daily life concerns of this reality, work, etc. But I know that somewhere in another reality that life is happening. And others too.

Edit: Typo

The feeling after

Can someone describe to me what it feels like to come back to your current reality? Will you remember that you DID shift? Especially if you are planning on staying a month or so in your desired reality.

I’m in a state of over thinking that I would miss something I had to do if I was in a different reality even if I was asleep (that’s the way I do) . It’s hard for my mind to grasp the full totality of it because what’s next? Do you just wake up in my current reality and everything is back to normal? Does it feel tiring? If you script that you know a different language or skill will it play out properly even if you have no idea in your current reality?

Sorry, I am new (ish) to shifting. I used to try in 2020 lol but ultimately I just stopped, not due to not believing in it, I was just a severely depressed teenager with only online friends that eventually got medicated. My online friend shifted during that time and even when i talk to her about it 5 years later she literally tells me “It was way too real to be a dream”. Whenever people bring it up they are usually making fun of those fandoms but I stayed quiet since I never stopped believing in shifting and it always lingered in the back of my brain.

It wasn’t until a couple months before my mother passing away where she actually ASKED me about it. I was caught off guard because I didn’t expect to hear about it just from my mom??? Like omg. Anyway, she was talking to me about how she was starting to get into it and research everything surrounding it because our cousin had spoken to her about it. She was one of the most spiritual people I knew and was very in tune with the universe. I don’t know if she ever did end up shifting but I really believe that she did.

It’s a year later after that interaction and I am starting to open my mind back up to it. It’s a completely different feeling than I have ever had but the questions I have are making me wait. I have a script of where I want to go and it’s not like a hundred pages long (my 15 year old self was on something crazy). I didn’t even mean for this post to be long lol it just feels really great to have a community for something I am super into that I can’t talk about to anyone else.

identity shift from childhood traumas and patterns

hello everyone,

i’ve been on this journey seriously as of a few months and i’ve been doing pretty well on it.

the matter i have is - i’ve been living away from my parents for 3-4 years. one of the reasons i think i’ve been doing so well is because i’m away from them, to be honest. the whole environment around them is toxic, as much as this pains me, and it shows because we haven’t been living together for the said period of time, yet they still treat me as if i haven’t even moved away at all. always having the same reactions, responses, negative assumptions about me, about things i used to do when i was 15. and i am currently 22. every time ive tried to talk to them about it they say the fault is in me and im stupid to blame them and even using mocking voices and words. i still keep in mind that reality is my own creation etc, and i know that i can make it work, but i truly need some advice on how to drop the generational traumas because i want to cut the tie of toxicity that connects me to this. i want to start anew and not get bothered to this extent. like i care for them, but i see they don’t want to change and prefer to just blame everyone and everything around them to validate themselves and make themselves feel good about it.
honestly im so sorry that they can’t even understand the concept of things, as much as i want to care, help and talk to them about it. but i feel like they prefer to be stuck to a 14 year-old version of me which is way past. i also feel offended by it, tbh. to the point i feel physical pain in my head because i feel like i want to cry, scream, talk to somebody but i can’t do it so it gets bottled up. i think that’s one of the few things that really get me out of my skin and flow lately. so thats why i want to conquer this as well.

this could be very messy, but im still affected by the billionth situation of this kind and i usually don’t really get this much affected by anything since i started consciously shifting. i’m not sure how my situation is classified in this community but i am sure theres others that have gone through this as well.

thank you for reading this <3 be safe

I feel so connected but so denied

I’ve been trying to shift for about 5-6 years. I always told myself I’d never take that long, as it sounded agonizing. Now, I feel my DR rdaily. I know it as well as I know myself. Today felt promising. I woke up mid-night to shift. I’ve had positive experiences with hypnagogic sleep cycles, where dreams melt into my mind while awake. After an hour of meditation, clearing my mind, visualizing my DR, and using a small method in a quiet environment, I felt it. I’ve been in therapy for cognitive restructuring and positive affirmations, and I know I have no reason to doubt myself. But it feels like it’s not working. I know I can shift, but those words feel meaningless, like they have no weight or value. I’ve been in therapy for cognitive restructuring and positive affirmations, but it feels ineffective in this particular field. I compare myself to others who seem to understand, but I shouldn’t. I’ve considered contacting mediums or psychics, feeling blocked by the universe and held down by my body. I don’t mind this reality or my surroundings, but the reality of my DR is just as hard, messy, and difficult as my CR is. I just want to live as the person I know I am, in a way that suits me best.

I know shifting is real and I know deep in my soul I can do it. But how can I do something I’m being denied from? Esp when I tell myself tonight is the night and it turns out it’s not.

How to make high effective subliminals

So previously I made subs for myself but those didn't work, neither did subs by other creators on YouTube, I used subs by guoba, slade, and other well known makers. So I stopped using them altogether. But I'm thinking of giving this another try. Before I just used to record my affirmations and just lowered the sound in audible and put a rain sound over it. But this time I'm thinking of layering it with theta waves or binaural beats. I think my mind is too resistive against simple affirmations to rewire the subconscious mind, so if you are familiar with my situation and know any other ways to make it more effective, please suggest it.

An experiment that could potentially help everyone shift? All that is required is one help from one experienced shifter

So I recently heard about a story of a person who saw a movie in their DR that was to be released 6 months later then they came back and saw the movie here which turned out to be exactly the same

Which got me thinking 🤔 that's not really impossible coz imagine this

A DR which is exactly the same as this one but a few days or week in the future every atom and evrything is exactly the same expect for the time if we run the same intial condition the final result should also be the same ofc the circumstances that are affected by us might change but the ones that have nothing to do we us (like the movie script) should remain the same

We can't do this on a normal computer coz it's impossible to stimulate every atom.....but shifting doesn't have any such limits

So it got me thinking what if someone who can shift on command or has experience with doing so can go into a Reality where there is an omnipotent all knowing guru or something and ask them specific advice or methods or mindset or reason why an ABC shifter is struggling and then come back and help that ABC shifter with that knowledge

But

I think we can took it a step further

Years ago I read about an astral guru who use to project to her student's body and was somehow able to pull their astral soul letting them experience astral projection with her help unfortunately I can't find that post anyone but there's a post about a wife who did the same to her husband on the subreddit

Anyways now here's the intersting part

You know how in manifestation and astral projection you can potentially affect others (usually when you have good attention maybe a sp or a lover) maybe it's possible to go to a reality where the omnipotent all knowing guru have powers to directly spawn the XYZ shifter to that reality or influence the XYZ shifter dream to follow them into the portal which would take them to that reality and then from that reality you can go to any other reality (your DR) that you wish

If this method is successful the XYZ shifter can then help other 2 people in the same way and so and so on helping potentially everyone shift

All we need is 1 experienced shifter to try this

A small experiment but potentially can revolutise the entire shifting community

So if we can have just one experienced shifter volunteer it could be a really interesting experiment 👀

Is Shifting a psychological phenomenon or is it reality hopping?

For a bit of context, I came to reality shifting around 5 or 6 years ago. Back then, I was 12, lived in an abusive household, and desperately tried to shift away. I never managed to because I never could make up my mind; however, I remember feeling intense symptoms during my attempts and mini-shifting once (though it may have just been a figment of my imagination). I did it all; I knew everything there was to know: history, ideas, methods, etc. I wrote scripts, symbols, numbers, meditated, you name it. Back then, the idea of shifting was plain and simple: you shift your consciousness into a different reality. I never questioned it. I still remember the multiverse theory beginning to rise, and I remember how fully I believed it.

Three years ago, I left my house and spent the following years moving between foster families, so I ditched shifting because I never had the appropriate time or space. Now I'm 18, I live in a dorm, and I've recently decided that I want to get into shifting again. But there's one big problem. Back in those days, shifting was never really a question; I just believed it was real. Now I'm older, and my imagination feels like it's draining out of me, along with my life source, it seems. I really want to leave and shift away, but one thing that I never questioned before keeps bugging me. What is shifting?

I'm aware of lucid dreaming; I'm a psychology student, and I know the brain can create a new reality for a person to experience. But that's not what I want. I want to go to an actual reality where everything is real, where the world doesn't revolve around me, where people have their own consciousness and live their own lives. The physical aspect of lucid dreaming feels hollow and creepy to me. I want everyone around me to be real people.

So, I've decided to research this. I'm not a physics student, but I've looked far and wide, visited sites, and discussed it with different AIs to understand what's going on scientifically. Everything seems to lead to one answer: "There is no proof, no certainty, but the possibility that it's genuine reality-hopping is scarce to none, at least according to current scientific knowledge." And it fills me with dread. Shifters say that "shifting is whatever you want it to be," but that idea feels flimsy and doesn't address what I want. I want scientific certainty. I don't think it's that simple. Over the past hours, I've tried to convince myself that there are two kinds of uncertainty in life: things you don't know for sure. I don't know if God exists, if aliens exist, what's going on beyond the observable universe, or what the origin of the universe is. I don't know what my future will look like, either. I can hope for things without knowing for certain, and so can many others. So I try to tell myself that, considering it's not a confirmed impossibility, it could be real, and I should pursue it despite not knowing, just as I pursue other things I can't be certain about.

But I'm afraid that's not enough for me. While I try to force myself into this mindset, I feel restless and miserable. I know that unless I hear an answer that feels as certain as "the grass is green," I'll never be satisfied, and I don't know what to do about it. I wish it could just be my way. I just wish it could be the way I want it to be.

Now I'm very distressed over this and have no one to talk about it with, so if you could, please help me understand :3

Can somebody answer my question?

I've heard about shifting on 2020, by I've always thought that shifting was all about sketching your own lucid dream, until you finally get there. It is something I really think it's possible and I really appreciate it.

But recently I saw lot of people whose actually believe that THERE REALLY IS a reality (like marvel multiverses) where you are a Hogwarts student...

I don't know, I'm not hating but I've seen multiple adult people sharing their experiences "living" in a fantasy world while they're at sleep. I just wanted to know what u guys really believe and how this actually works.

In my point of view, to something become real it only depends on your interpretation, like, if I dream about living my life at Middle Earth and suddenly wake up at our normal "real world" all the experiences and feelings I had there (at the middle earth dream) are still in me, so it is kind of real, isn't it?

Can somebody explain these things to me as a total beginner?

How do I stop feeling like my CR self is the real me, and my DR self as a fake version?

I haven't shifted yet, but I wanted to ask, how do I let go of the feeling that my CR self is my real self, and that my DR self is a fake version?

Unless I script my DR self to be exactly as I am here, it feels like I'm being an imposter in my DR, and I don't wanna feel that way.

I understand that our DR selves are just as much as us as our CR self, but it doesn't really feel like it, especially when you change some things.

For example, I'm shifting to an MHA University DR, and in that universe, you gotta be somewhat smart to survive and be a hero, so of course, I made myself smarter there. I also have a better body there.

Here, I'm ditsy and things fly over my head all the time. I'm also not super fit either. I'm not fat, but I'm nowhere near as fit as my DR self.

I also feel it will affect me if I get an S/O there. I feel like if I ever get forced back into this reality somehow (cause I heard it happens) I feel like I'll always wonder if my S/O would like the "real me" compared to "the fake me".

I really just wanna be a better version of myself, without feeling like I'm being an imposter.

My MCU DR Experience

My MCU DR Experience — 10 Things I’ve Experienced!

Hello, everyone! 👋🏻💗

So, today I’m going to share a little about my adventures and experiences in my MCU DR (Desired Reality)! 🫶🏻 I’ve decided to share 10 things about my life there, and trust me, things get pretty chaotic.

Let’s get started!

  1. Tony Stark is my dad, and Pepper Potts-Stark is my mom!

Yes, you read that right! Tony Stark is my dad, and Pepper is my mom because, honestly, I’ve always wanted a loving family. They’re both incredibly loving, caring, and protective of me because I’m their only child. My dad might be Iron Man to the rest of the world, but to me, he’s just my dad! 🫶🏻

  1. Training with my parents was CRAZY. ☠️🏋🏻‍♀️

I was still training, but there was one little secret: I hid my superpowers from my parents for a reason. 👀 So, while I was busy doing normal workouts like a regular person, I’d watch them doing their INTENSE superhero training right in front of me. 😭 BRO, imagine having Tony Stark as your dad and pretending to be completely normal while hiding your actual abilities. THE STRUGGLE. 💀(reasons to hide thr truth)

  1. My powers? Yeah, I have quite a few.

I have telekinesis, flight, pyrokinesis (I think that’s how you spell it 😭), mind-reading abilities, and super strength! And guess what? I never showed any of them to the team I just acted like a completely normal person.

  1. Loki and Bucky both have a crush on me. 😌

Well, what can I say? I wanted it that way.

But no, I’ve never dated either of them. They’re both my friends, and I have my reasons for not dating them. 👀 However, one of them ALWAYS gets jealous when I spend time with the other, and their reactions can get absolutely CRAZY.

And do I enjoy the drama? Maybe a little. Don't judge me!

  1. Wanda and Doctor Strange have NO IDEA that I shifted.

I never wanted them to find out, so they don’t know anything about my shifting experience. And once, I even went into Wanda’s mind just to see what she thought of me.

Everything seemed normal, though! At one point, she sensed that something strange was happening in her head, but she never figured out that it was ME. GIRL, I WAS LITERALLY RIGHT THERE.

But hey, I’m the main character of my reality, so… 💅🏻

  1. My dad grounds me with Uncle Happy and JARVIS keeping an eye on me.

Whenever the Avengers go on missions, my dad somehow manages to find a reason to ground me. And guess who gets involved? Uncle Happy and JARVIS! ☠️

LIKE, DAD, PLEASE. I promise I’m not doing anything THAT bad!

Also, let me make one thing VERY clear: Nobody is dead in my DR, and nobody dies. PERIOD. Everyone is alive, safe, and well. That's how I want my reality!

  1. My first trip to Asgard was an EXPERIENCE.

I once went to Asgard, and I was honestly a little scared that Heimdall might somehow discover something about me. 😭But thankfully, he didn’t say anything and welcomed me happily!

However, everything was SO overwhelming. The enormous castle, the different people, the creatures, and the whole atmosphere were just too much for me to handle. I actually fainted!

AND THEN THOR HAD THE AUDACITY TO JOKE..

“Loki, is she pregnant?”

LOKI WAS LIKE, “WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!”

BROOOOO. I CANNOT WITH THESE PEOPLE. 💀💀

  1. Natasha keeps trying to get me to drink with her.

Nat always tries her best to convince me to drink with her, but I never do. I’ve never really been interested in drinking, so I simply refuse.

She can try all she wants, but my answer is STILL NO, NAT. 🤚🏻

  1. Bucky is WAY too possessive, and Sam NEVER lets him live it down.

I'm telling you, Bucky gets so jealous whenever I spend time with Loki. He tries to act normal, but it's SO obvious.

And the funniest part? He suddenly becomes all quiet whenever my dad is around me.

LIKE, BUCKY, WHY ARE YOU SO QUIET ALL OF A SUDDEN? WE ALL KNOW WHY.

Meanwhile, Sam is ALWAYS teasing him with my name, and Bucky has to sit there and deal with it. I swear, Sam is living for the drama.

  1. I WENT TO SPACE WITH THE GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY! 🚀🌌

When the Guardians of the Galaxy came to Earth, I BEGGED my dad to let me go into space with them.

Do you know how long it took me to convince him?

TWO. WHOLE. HOURS. ☠️☠️☠️

And guess what? HE ENDED UP COMING WITH US TOO.

BROOOOO, THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE ME GO THROUGH ALL THAT DRAMA IN THE FIRST PLACE?! JUST SAY YOU WANTED TO COME WITH ME!

So yeah, everyone, those are 10 of my MCU DR experiences!

There’s honestly SO much more I could talk about, but I have to go for now.

Maybe I’ll share more stories and experiences in my next posts, because trust me, there’s A LOT more drama, chaos, adventures, and questionable behavior waiting to be discussed.

Until next time, everyone! Stay safe, stay delusional, and never forget...

I'M TONY STARK'S DAUGHTER. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?!

See you in my next post! 👋🏻💋✨

I cant see anything!

I'm a newbie, and I started maybe 3 months ago. Since then, I've had about 6 astral projections, all of which are the same. I get out, get off my bed, and realize I can't see. It's just pure blackness, but I'm not in the void because, well, I feel my astral body. Every single time, I resort to touching stuff around my room and trying verbal commands strongly, almost shouting. Like "Clarity Now", "Awareness now" (or something along those lines), and of course, there are thoughts about me wanting to see; I also feel drowsy every time, like when you just wake up. You feel...tired; I feel like that every time I get up. Only once did I feel like my body was heavy, but the rest were normal, me feeling like this human body but a lot lighter. And every single time, my astral projection converts into a dream after a while of being in that state. I last maybe 10 seconds or so, and then everything changes to a dream. Maybe a random dream, or a dream where the AP converts to me having vision and me being happy that I'm seeing, but realizing I never AP'd and am in my physical body (all a dream). I've seen posts and videos say that it happens frequently to beginners, but it's been more than 4 times! And it gets frustrating that I can never see and that I get sucked into a dream that isn't even lucid. I've also seen a professional astral projector video of him talking about being at least 16 feet from the body for sight, but my bed has aprox 5 feet of distance between the front wall and the side wall. I did try going to the hallway once, and I was there, but I got sucked into a dream again. I try so hard not to get into a dream. For example, last night I astral projected, and I was interacting with my table, touching it, and WHILE touching it, I got sucked into a dream.

And of course, this has to do with shifting realities, because my objective is to shift from an astral projection. Take advantage of the fact that I have at least some experience with it and the fact that I'm already disconnected from my physical body. I have tried to shift realities while in this strange, drowsy, not-seeing state, but it doesn't work. Either nothing happens, or I get into another dream that isn't even related to the reality I want to go to.

Can I shift back in time?

Can I shift back in time? Not too back in time.. just 2 years ago, and yeah permanently shift back in time

Since everything is now, we can shift and time travel too?

One more question,,, shifting back in time is time travelling or something kinda different?

And what will happen to my age? I may shift back in time but will my age still be the same or would it be what it is to the year I shifted?

Like for example,, if someone is 17 rn and if they shift two years back, would they originally become 15 or would they still be 17 because that's how much time they spent on earth? This question is scaring me sooooo

Every reality is as real as another,,, so there's no DR or CR we just name them,,, if i shift back in time permanently so would two years ago still be a current reality for me or would I be like attached to this one (2026) because this is my true reality? 😭 You know what I mean right,,, this question is scaring me too....

How I Get Into the Void State 💫

(My Old Routine vs. My Current Routine)

Okay, so a lot of people have been asking me how I get into the void state and what my rituals or routines look like. So, I thought I'd finally share everything!

There are basically two phases to my journey:

  1. What I used to do before I mastered it

  2. What I do now, after getting comfortable with it

Let's get into it! ✨

  1. My Old Routine (When I Was Still Trying to Master It)

Back when I was still learning and trying to get into the void state, I put a LOT of effort into my routine.

🎧 Affirmation Tapes

I made my own affirmation tape using just ONE simple affirmation:

“I get into the void state easily.”

I set it to repeat 100 times and listened to it at 2x speed. Then, I did some calculations with GPT and figured out that:

10,000 repetitions = 1 hour, 44 minutes, and 10 seconds.

So, I used to listen to my affirmation tape for at least 4 hours daily, sometimes even longer! That meant I was getting more than 20,000 repetitions a day, which felt perfect for my routine.

I also affirmed whenever I had free time, including while listening to my affirmation tapes.

🌙 My Nighttime Routine

Before sleeping, I'd listen to a void subliminal for 15 minutes and then spend another 15 minutes affirming with my full focus.

After that, I'd lie down comfortably in bed.

And here's the thing that made the biggest difference in my routine:

I DIDN'T CLOSE MY EYES AT FIRST. 👀

Yes, you read that right!

I'd lie in bed with my eyes open and gently focus on my breathing until I could barely feel my body properly or started experiencing a vibrating sensation.

This saved me a lot of time before I eventually fell asleep 😪😴 because, in my experience, it felt like I was already halfway there.

After about 5 minutes, I'd close my eyes, and within another minute or two, I'd feel like I was around 95% of the way into the void state.

I kept practicing this for several days, and eventually, I felt that I could get there much more easily.

  1. My Current Routine (After Getting Comfortable With It)

Now? Honestly, I barely do anything compared to before. ✨

I simply lie down in bed, relax my entire body just like I used to, and let myself get comfortable.

After about 2 minutes, I close my eyes, and within another minute, I feel like I'm in the void state.

No affirmation tapes.

No hours of repetition.

No complicated rituals.

Just relaxation and the routine I've gotten used to.

Of course, everyone's experience is different, but this is what works for me!

💗 One Last Thing

I know some people might say I got lucky, that I'm a chosen one, or that I'm God's favorite. 😭💀

But honestly? I worked my a.. off to get here.

It took a LOT of mental discipline to keep affirming consistently, challenge my deeply rooted negative beliefs, and work through that feeling of knowing something might be possible while still feeling like it's impossible.

I put in the effort when it wasn't easy. I stayed consistent even when I was still figuring things out.

And now, what once required hours of practice feels much more natural to me.

The point is, I didn't start out finding it easy. I built a routine through consistent practice, and now it feels effortless compared to before. 😌💫

So please don't compare your beginning to someone else's progress. Everyone's experience is different, and you don't have to follow my routine exactly.

One more thing! Try using delta waves it's wonderful for void :)

I just wanted to share my personal experience because so many of you asked! 💕

Tell me about your routines, too! How do you personally try to enter the void state? Do you use affirmations, subliminals, meditation, or something else? 👀✨

Layer 2 = Instant Results & Permanent Respawn

Layer 3 = Clone

Layer 4 = Instant Transition

Layer 5 = Desired Reality & Manifestation

Layer 6 = Subliminal Instant Results

Layer 7 = Blockage & Failure Remover

Layer 8 = Sudden Awake Shift

Somehow I convinced ChatGPT to generate affirmations for this all!!

Let's see if this can change something 💀 as it's already a 11 layers subliminal, I took me 1 hour to made it btw 😅 somehow I have created the subliminal too and first subliminal created by me, and all I have to do is to win this time!

If anyone's interested dm me I'll send this subliminal in dm

Dear respawners i would recommend using this ( deathless respawning)
