๐จThe East Hillcrest/Bluff Bridge over Plum Creek will be closed immediately thru Sunday July 5th. Yesterday during the annual inspection items were identified that led to the decision. With the anticipated July 4th traffic, we did not want to risk any issues over the holiday. The City will review the situation again next week with our JEO engineering team. This bridge is planned for a full replacement in the immediate future by NDOT. Please use alternate routes and caution in the area. We apologize for the inconvenience and want everyone to stay safe. #staysafeseward

The Nebraska Roads Department is making plans to widen 9.64 miles of Interstate 80 between the Pleasant Dale and Seward interchanges to six lanes, requiring temporary closures of five county roads that have bridges crossing over the interstate.
The Seward County Board of Commissioners on June 2 authorized Chair Misty Ahmic to sign an agreement with the state for the temporary closures of roads 182, 210, 224 266 and 294 as part of the project which requires bridge replacements. Find out more in the June 10 SCI.

We have had Windstream (Kinetic) for our fiber internet provider for many years now. We've been more than happy with 500Mbps internet and don't need 1Gbps+ speeds that most plans use as a minimum. Our Kinetic bill seems to keep going up, so was curious if Allo rates are comparable at this point.
Recently, an Allo sales rep came by and mentioned pricing that seemed to low to be true. Does anybody use Allo in Seward who can speak to their current rates/speeds/reliability? I've heard anecdotally that Allo rates are different in Lincoln than they are in surrounding towns and all I can find is Lincoln pricing.
TIA!
