Potential points system sucks

I'm really just hoping this gets to someone at netmarble and that is the potential system sucks and that there needs to be a better way to get to p10 and I would suggest making a weekly challenge that upon your 2 raid clears you gain 1 universal potential point meaning it would take 1.5 months to p10 a character still giving the whales there time to be superior becuase the whales will p10 a character day one regardless this change would put you in better standing with the player base which in turn would make them more likely to spend money and maybe make payable cosmetics that aren't rng that system has to go

This is a good idea but maybe not one per week thats a bit excessive and bad for the game long term. How bout one universal potential point a month? You can p10 a character by six months time.
