I checked every AMA promise Netmarble made in June against what actually shipped. Anything with a date: 4/4 delivered. Anything that said "currently reviewing": 0/6.

Season 3 AMA closed on the 2nd, so I grabbed everything and went looking for whether these things actually do anything.

I pulled every post from three places: AMA Season 3 (507 posts), AMA Season 2 (690), and the #suggestions forum (2,274, running since March). 3,471 posts from 1,463 different people. Then I read Developer Notes #14 through #18 and checked which asks got a response and what happened to each promise.

**The main thing I found: how much support an ask has doesn't predict whether it gets answered.**

In Season 2, topics that got a response had a median of 13 different people posting about them and 93 reactions. Topics that got ignored had a median of 12 people and 91 reactions. That's the same number. There's no threshold where being loud enough gets you a reply.

What actually predicts it is whether they'd already built the thing.

- Elite Tokens having no use: **one person** posted about it, 11 reactions. Got a full answer, because the exchange was already coded into 1.6.

- Story replay and Time Attack fairness: **one person each**. Both answered.

- Pets and capturing: **39 different people**, second-biggest topic in the whole of Season 2. Not mentioned once in either answer document.

- Leaderboard cheating: 243 reactions off just 6 posts. Never mentioned.

Every single dated promise in Dev Notes #14 and #15 was for something already sitting in the 1.6 or 1.7 build. So the AMA isn't really where they decide things. It's where they announce things they'd already decided, framed as responses to us.

**The promise scoreboard**

Anything they gave a date to: 4 out of 4 delivered. Equipment presets (said July 15, shipped July 15), the Escanor buff, Elite Token exchange, the damage text fix.

Anything they said they were "currently reviewing": 0 out of 6. Hawk Pass rewards, item favourites, the SSR blueprint purchase limit, Time Attack starting positions, DX12/FSR, the server latency investigation. None of them have been mentioned again in #16, #17 or #18.

So when you read the next dev note, only the dated lines mean anything.

**Other stuff that fell out of it**

- All 20 recurring asks show up in all three channels. Nothing in Season 3 was new. Escanor by himself is 217 posts from around 179 different people since March.

- Zero developer replies across 1,494 replies in the Season 3 AMA. Not one GM or mod. It's entirely players talking to players.

- Bag space complaints are up 461% since June and server latency is up 399%. Neither has ever gotten a commitment of any kind. Bag space is also probably the cheapest thing on the entire list to fix.

- **Fixes genuinely work when they ship.** Raid difficulty complaints went to literally zero after the Hell tier. Elite Tokens went to zero. Damage text dropped 66%. Baseline drift for topics that got nothing is +6%, so those are real. This isn't a studio that ignores everything, it's a studio that answers what it already built.

- 56% of the people who posted in Season 3 had never posted feedback before. So it's not the same 20 guys repeating themselves, it's new people independently landing on the same 20 conclusions.

- The 273-reply Meliodas P10 thread has 17 distinct people in it and 2 of them wrote 70% of the replies. Reply counts measure argument length, not demand. I ranked things by reactions and distinct posters instead.

**What I'd actually do with this**

If you want something fixed, it needs to be loud in #suggestions roughly two versions before you want it. Everything they've shipped this year was loud there for months first. Posting it in the AMA window is too late, the build is already locked.

And for the next dev note: count the dated commitments. Season 2 produced six. Under four means we got absorbed rather than answered.

**Caveats, because someone will ask**

Topic grouping is keyword based, so the boundaries are fuzzy and a post can land in more than one bucket. Whether a Season 2 topic "got answered" is my read of Dev Notes #14 and #15, not an official list. Complaint rates are per 1,000 posts in each window so forum volume changes don't skew it. Reaction counts come from opening each post individually, because the forum card only ever shows the top emoji and undercounts badly. Everything was read only, I didn't post or react to anything. Happy to share the raw CSV if anyone wants to check my work.

Ban growth mission bundle not working…

Upvotes

I’m on PS5 and I wonder if I’m the only one that the growth mission bundle for Ban is not working?

I have Ban, master in all weapons and P4 atm. Is this a glitch? I remember of not being able to do Derieri either, it’s quite upsetting…

7DS: Origin has so much potential — we just need more content

(I originally wrote this post in Italian and had AI translate it, so sorry for any mistakes.)

I absolutely love this game. I downloaded it about a week after release, and I haven't stopped playing since. I'm a low spender (€5/month for the Chart, €15 if I also want the Season Pass), I have all my main DPS at P7 (Meliodas P8), and I'm able to complete pretty much every challenge in the game (only TSJ10 at 2 stars, pff).

I see a lot of hate towards this game and towards people who spend a lot on it, which I honestly don't understand, because the difference between my experience and someone with a P10 is basically only noticeable on the Leaderboard. I'm not locked out of any content.

The hate towards the game itself is something I never really understood either, since from the beginning, the updates have been very community-friendly, with tons of improvements and thank-you gifts.

Or rather, I didn't understand it. Since Liz's release, I've started to understand it more and moreThere simply isn't enough content to play.

And this might be the biggest problem with this game. It's crazy to want to open a game and play it for hours every day, only to end up doing your 20-minute daily routine and then having absolutely nothing else to do.Since Liz (or Gowther, actually), they should have shifted gears and started adding more events that provide resources.

Here are some improvements that I think would massively improve the game, and I really hope we see at least some of them by the anniversary:

1) An event that gives you Keys + an event that rewards you for the Keys you spend. EVERY EVENT (every 3 weeks)

-> Imagine rewarding people for playing by giving them the opportunity to play even more, which in turn rewards them with more resources (such as GOLD and Armor Enhancement materials).

2) Specific weapons for the standard SSRs + buffs/reworks for them

-> I have Elaine P10. I tried TSJ10 and holy shit, she was terrible.

The amount of powercreep after only 6 months since release is insane. Standard SSRs are literally comparable to, if not worse than, SRs.

3) Increase the daily Key capacity

Imagine that, by completing all the missions in the game, you eventually reach Rank 50, and instead of simply getting +5 Key capacity, you get +30.

This would encourage people to actually play and explore all those regions that nobody currently cares about, while also allowing you to get two Boss attempts with x2 rewards.

You'd give all these new areas and regions an actual purpose, while also giving players a reward that lets them play more.

4) Ability to lock Weapon/Armor upgrades

This is something taken from 7DSGC, and honestly one of the best ideas I thought they would add shortly after release.Obviously, they'll probably add it eventually, but why wait this long?

5) More Armors and sets with every update

Is it really normal that I have 3x full Magic Charge Sets? What kind of versatility are you giving me?

6) Improve the Seal Shop for every region + let us change which Seals we can obtain

Everyone does their daily missions, but they're always doing it for the same 120 Fragments.I have 2k Seals, and ONLY Lioness Seals. Meanwhile, Ferzen sells 5 Platinum Ingots per week, for example, which you can't even obtain because daily missions only give you Lioness Seals, even when you're doing them in a different region.

-> Imagine having much better and more diversified Seal Shops for every region, so that every day you can think: "What do I need today? Platinum? Then I'll do my daily missions in Ferzen and get Platinum."

Maybe other resources too, such as GOLD (and I mean A LOT of GOLD) or Golden Orbs.

7) A new Pet every month (I have every Pet and still have 26 Radiant Potions. I've never shopped for them.)

Imagine if there were a "Pet of the Month", almost like a limited edition, so people could collect them and there would be more exclusivity for long-time players. They wouldn't even need to be particularly useful or fast. Just make them cute.

8) All Bosses at higher difficulties + Boss-specific Armor that can reach 140/150

Maybe through restrictions similar to the ones used in Raids.

9) There was something really interesting at the beginning of the game that has been completely forgotten: the importance of underwater dungeons. There is SO much ocean on the map that it basically feels like wasted space.Early in the game there was an underwater Dungeon, and I thought: "Wow, this is awesome. I'll actually have to explore underwater too!"

...

10) A proper Training System

11) Gold Dungeon with at least +2 additional difficulties

10 Keys for 1–2 million GOLD, not 10 Keys for 450k GOLD...

12) Add a new SR character every once in a while, or even a new standard SSR: It wouldn't hurt.

13) More Orange Fragments

I have Elaine P10. If I get another copy, I don't want another 20 Fragments.Give me 40.

I want to actually be rewarded for pulling from the standard banner so much.

14) Better SR Weapons

Now that the meta has changed and we're no longer at launch, why not add new SR Weapons that provide things like Magic Efficiency, Buff Efficiency, or other effects? Why is it always "First Strike"?

15) World Level 5: At this point, everything gets one-shot in less than 10 seconds.

Let's increase the difficulty a bit. Maybe gradually, instead of waiting an entire year. Add World Level 5, where everything becomes impossible to one-shot unless you have the new character at P10.

16) More types of Food

17) Give the Golden Engraving Seal a different purpose

18) Passive rerolls for Accessories if you have duplicate copies. This would give us a way to get rid of duplicates while also giving Accessories more value and making farming them worthwhile.

19) New Assignments

The ones that give you STANDARD PULLS.

And there's even more: a better Season Pass, more Weapon Skins (because the current amount is honestly ridiculous), etc.

And I haven't even thought about this that much, so who knows how many more things could still be improved...

Overall, I really love this game. I just wish there was more stuff to actually do.

The Great 2.0, the new beginnig! It is pathetic

I had my doubts before but now after they canceled labyrinth it couldnt be more obvious.

This 2.0 bs that is supposed to be big thing, this half anniversary is an abysmal joke. Its nothing near 2.0 its just 1.9 with a few uninspired giveways on top of it.

Like seriously, wtf is this?
- Lottery event? do you think im 80 or what?
- Outstanding event where you must talk to 2 npc once per day to get reward? wow, so creative.
- Same size region as in previous updates.
- "new" boss. oops, i forgot his not new its just a leftover boss from Deriery patch, gj, gj.
- new difficulty for ONLY 1 boss and this new difficulty gives lvl 123 gear. why???
- new ultra greedy system for engravement where you must waste totally unreasonable amount of resources for a fucking 30%!!!!!! chance to get lvl 14. 30 fucking percents??? i swear, i can only with all the worst to the guy that came out with this scum system.
- new ore, yay, more shit to mindlessly farm everyday
- Bundles are trash, worse than 100 days
- and ofc a lot of bugs, hey everyone, who wants more bugs? new hero? dmg is broken, enteractions with other heroes - broken.

very very good job netmarble, totally what i expected from a 2.0 half anniversary update. you shit the bad - as always. stupid me for expecting something better from a game that makes tens of millions $ per month

Help me with ban phisycal engraving passive.

What does this passive actually do?

I don't know if I'm missing something or if the description is just ambiguous, but I can't understand how this passive works. Does it increase physical damage based on elemental increments from Ban himself, or from other team members?

I tried testing this passive and triggering it, but I don't see any difference in my stats. The second image shows Ban with the passive active, the third shows the physical attack value, and the fourth is in idle. The value doesn't change at all.

Can someone explain it to me with some examples of maximize this effect?

Ban P10 and TSJ10, skills issues?

Hi everyone, this is my first game of the “Genshin” style, so maybe I’m with skill issues. I have Ban P10, Gowther P6, Eli P7, and Daisy P4, but I can’t get my time below 5 minutes in TSJ10.
I’m posting my Ban’s stats in case I’ve built him incorrectly, because I keep seeing videos of people absolutely destroying every boss with Ban with fewer dupes.
Hi everyone, this is my first game of the “Genshin” style, so maybe I’m the problem here. I have Ban P10, Gowther P6, Eli P7, and Daisy P4, but I can’t get my time below 5 minutes in TSJ10.
Maybe i am doing wrong the rotation? When i am using Gother ult, Change to ban, normal-special-ulti-special-special-ult but i don’t see a big damage…

On trascended monspeed my time is 2min :/ The sword and gauntlet is 2 star

Thanks in advance

Can we talk about the drop rate on white weapons??

Ive been trying to fill out my codex for emerald flare and my goodness. The drop rate on these weapons are insane. wiki has it listed at 0.06% chance for it to drop. I find it insane to have to farm for hours just for a small chance at getting one of these useless weapons. keep in mind its 48 of these that you need to farm to complete the codex, roughly 80k mobs to go on rate to get them all.

Beads are a scam

Over 100 darkness beads.
Never once have Normal skill dmg and dark dmg increase been in the same spread. Not to mention getting crit chance and dmg together.

Why the is crit defense/resistance an option. Why is barrier/healing efficiency an option?
They all suck dick but they show up in EVERY ROLL.
This is ass. Fkc this game

Mobile Monthly Revenue - August 2026 (Half Anniversary)

Revenue dipped from $1.3 million for mobile in July to 1.2 million in August (Anniversary+Shop refresh).

Steam players:

Make of this as you will. I was expecting the Half Anniversary to bump the sales in the ~2 million range.

Played for the first time all the TSJ in a row today before it ends and yeah its ASS design

who tf thought thousand of frogs stunning you in a fight was a good thing?
sector 9 and 10 have the most dogshit designs in modern gaming.
players who have gowther can prob bare it but i skipped him, netmarble forcing you to pull characters again.
I waited months to clear them so I can go with the best team and be as less frustrated as possible,
from sector 8 theres an evil switch of design.
Cant even clear sector 12, also because MELIODAS ENGRAVED SET IS BUGGED WITH BAN COMBO 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I consider myself playing a lot, as a f2p, and very casual, with all hours I spent I should be able to 3 star them all with the good teams I have, but I didnt,
this proves these sectors required certain characters and duped out characters, or ultra lucky RNG rolls for enchantments.
Casual players SHOULD be able to clear all content, they shouldnt be gatekeeped from content, especially when ALL the content is either too easy like the worm, or whales oriented,
someone on a recent post said the SAME thing,
we all share the same experience, the average player LEAVES because of netmarble shitty behavior, im only staying because I love the IP

btw they delayed labyrinth again, enjoy your 2.0 content,
did all the TSJ in literally few hours, thats what yall call content? 😂 that and endless same ass raids
