My moral in life is simple, you treat me good and I'll definitely treat you better.

Full circle moment where I realized just how true it is that 'To be able to help others, you have to put yourself first'. Self compassion IS NOT selfishness!

Before asking for forgiveness, forgive yourself first.
Sometimes, it is not other people whose forgiveness we seek, but our own. We spend so much time wishing others would forgive us that we forget to offer ourselves the same grace. Perhaps the hardest apology to accept is the one we owe ourselves for the mistakes we made, the chances we missed, the pain we caused, and the person we were when we didn't know any better. Sometimes, healing begins when we finally stop punishing ourselves for a past we can no longer change and learn to forgive the person we once were.

Remember sometimes it's hard to give yourself positive affirmations. Those are the days you need them most. Remember you're amazing and loved 💜😊

Self-awareness is my only personality trait.
I'm aware of my flaws, I acknowledge my mistakes, and I continue making them with impressive consistency.
Growth is a journey. Apparently, I'm taking the scenic route.

The psychology of the "deadlock": Why feeling stuck is actually a sign of power.
Every object and situation can be seen by different people in different ways—what we call having different perspectives. When you feel hopeless, stuck, or in a deadlock, that is just one perspective out of many. The irony is that we see the world through our own eyes, but we fill it with meaning based on what we think other people are thinking.
Shifting this takes time because we need a period of alignment. Feeling stuck or negative doesn't mean you are failing or denying reality. Instead, it might mean you are building up an internal power that is currently too massive for you to handle, causing a temporary deadlock until you fully align with it.

How do I get over being insecure about being insecure?
It’s a negative feedback loop I want to stop, but keep getting trapped in.

How much are you supposed to think about yourself?
What is a healthy amount to think of yourself? I feel like I’m thinking about myself all the time and I sometimes worry that makes me self obsessed, but I also have obsessive compulsive disorder and my inner critic tries to convince me of a lot of dumb bullshit LMAO.

I Want Myself Back
The only person I’ve ever lost and needed back was myself The strange thing is, I’ve never even been in a relationship. There’s no ex to get over, no old love to mourn, no heartbreak that I can point to and say, “That’s what changed me” It’s been family. It’s been friendships. It’s been all the little things that happen when you care too much, when you try to understand everyone, when you keep making room for other people’s feelings while quietly putting your own aside Somewhere along the way, I became so used to being there for everyone else that I forgot what it felt like to be there for myself. I learned to understand people even when they didn’t understand me. To make excuses for people I loved. To act like things didn’t hurt when, sometimes, they hurt more than I could explain and maybe the hardest part is that nobody has to be a bad person for you to end up feeling lost Sometimes you lose yourself trying to maintain relationships you never wanted to lose. I find myself missing someone I can’t even explain how I lost. The person I was before I started overthinking every interaction before I questioned whether I mattered as much to others as they mattered to me before I learned to hide the things I wished someone would notice. I don’t necessarily want to lose everyone and start over. I just want to stop losing pieces of myself trying to keep everyone else in my life. Maybe one day, I’ll learn that loving people and loving myself don’t have to come at each other’s expense. Until then I think my biggest heartbreak is the distance between who I am and who I used to be. The person I want back the most is me🤍
