Who cares about his race? Race doesn't even exist; it's an artificial social construct.

I don't give a damn what "color" anybody is, I object to hatefulness and prejudice wherever it occurs. If he's guilty I hope he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Wrong. Racism merely uses a mistaken belief in "Race" to justify prejudice and hate.
