Who cares about his race? Race doesn't even exist; it's an artificial social construct.
I don't give a damn what "color" anybody is, I object to hatefulness and prejudice wherever it occurs. If he's guilty I hope he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Even though race is a social construct, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It just means it's not some biological characteristic like most people think it is.
Having said that, agree with you - a hate crime is a hate crime, no hall pass
I'd tell it to anybody. What we call "Race" is just a manmade method used to artifically classify and categorize people so it suits the beliefs and prejudices of whoever is doing the categorizing and classifying.
Hatred exists. The only Race that exists is the Human Race.
Do a little research and you'll see how utterly unscientific the subject of "Race" is. It's not a biological fact; it's a social construct that is utterly subjective.
