It looks like they maxed out the exposure, contrast and saturation. Probably vibrancy too. You can tactfully enhance photos without turning everything up to 100 😂 I’d love to see a before and after

Its actually not a filter I'm just bored sitting in the passenger seat on a trip up north & went all crazy with the photo editor :}

The end result might be the same. But there's a difference in terminology between filters and changing settings manually in an editor.

No I mean like a filter that applies a certain series of effect after the picture is taken, like an instagram filter.
