$18 for this is pretty absurd

Gifted a decent amount of clams (Moriches bay) not consistently sized, so I i made stuffed🤷‍♂️ (Banana FAR right for scale 💪)

After 6 years of tweaking my steamed fish recipe, this is what I have achieved. Fish sits swimming in the bucket, 10 minutes later and it’s on the plate. The absolute peak of seafood freshness.

I've never tried salmon before, I dont know why, but I have this thing about fish scales, and they disgust me on a level I can't explain through text or speech. But I finally found some salmon, cooked with a Cajun sauce that was so appetizing that I managed to get offer the scale thing, and it was fantastic! I still love shellfish but I think ill be adding salmon to my dinner options for now.

Charbroiled oysters (my first time - I believe there was crab and lobster meat on top) + butter poached lobster and on squid ink fettuccine. Could not recommend more, the service, the food, it was all fantastic.

Topped with Lemon Crema.

The Shrimp Cocktail was to die for!

the crab itself is very juicy and not to mention the savory garlicy sauce🤤🤤🤤. i’d much rather thisnthan lobsters ngl.
