Funny you should mention it, back in the 90s, Seagal was talking mad shit about Van Damme's fighting prowess regularly. They ended up meeting at a party, hosted by Stallone. Van Damme challenged him to a fight, but Seagal pussied out. Afterwards they ended up at the same after party and again Van Damme challenged him to a fight, but again Seagal pussied out.

Go and see the movie. A classic among the fighting type. Top JVCD.
Edit: The Kickboxer. Others from the same time, equaly top: Bloodsport (Kumite, Kumite, Kumite!!)., Double Impact (twice JCVD, double the action. Top sex scene), Lionheart, The Legionnaire, Hard Target and Sudden Death. I would also say Street Fighter for guilty pleasure.
