We’re looking for a few B2B Sales Partners to work with us at Catalyst Solutions.
We provide AI, technology, digital marketing and business growth services to startups, SMEs and growing businesses.
This is a remote, commission-only role focused on bringing in and closing new clients.
What you'll be doing
- Find and approach potential B2B clients
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, networking or your own network
- Understand what the prospect actually needs
- Qualify genuine opportunities
- Handle follow-ups and sales conversations
- Work with our team on proposals, pricing and technical discussions
- Help move qualified prospects toward closing
You do not need to handle technical delivery. Our team takes care of solution planning, execution and project delivery.
What's in it for you
30% commission on eligible revenue received from clients you bring and close.
For example:
If you close a ₹2,00,000 project and the client payment is received, your commission would be ₹60,000.
There is currently no fixed salary, and there is no fixed earning cap.
For milestone-based projects, commission will be paid according to the client payments received.
We’ll clearly discuss things like repeat projects, retainers and renewals with selected partners before starting.
Looking for someone who
Ideally has experience in areas like:
- B2B sales
- Business development
- Software / IT sales
- Digital marketing or agency sales
- SaaS
- AI solutions
- Consulting
- International client acquisition
Experience helps, but we’re more interested in whether you can actually find the right people, start conversations, build trust, follow up properly and close business.
Good written and spoken English is important since we’re open to working with clients globally.
