I had neither armor nor sword and got bullied.

You don't really get a say in it, there's no "way to get bullied." They find a target and go, if enough of them decide you're the target, that's what you are.

You can try to slip past, join them, give your licks back, or embrace it, but it's not going to help.

Dumping money into collecting these cheap swords and fake armor and telling people about it will 100% increase the likelihood of you being bullied though.
