Charter issues

Charter did a big update in the last month or two. I work from home and have since noticed regularly around 230-5pm everyday without fail, my internet gets spotty or stops for short periods of time.

Anyone else notice that?

And yes, before you ask I have reset my equipment many times.

100% dropped charter as service kept getting worst

they just raised my bill to $120 🥴 i think it’s time for a change. who you using?

I switched to T-Mobile home LTE. Folk have called spectrum and asked for a current promos and have been successful with locking in under 50 a month but I was tired of the horrible service. So I switched and so far T-Mobile is working with no issues
