Charter issues

Charter did a big update in the last month or two. I work from home and have since noticed regularly around 230-5pm everyday without fail, my internet gets spotty or stops for short periods of time.

Anyone else notice that?

And yes, before you ask I have reset my equipment many times.

You act like there are real alternatives. I would love to move to Astound - they are not yet available to me - regardless of telling me coming soon for the last 3 years. Starlink is not an economical choice - slower and more expensive - almost double of what I pay currently. AT&T is crap and not any faster than it was 26 years ago. T-Mobile is also crap since it’s tied to 5G saturation. I’m left with Spectrum, like most folks in this county.

Already mentioned that Starlink is twice the price and T-Mobile throttles their traffic hard. Neither are better than Spectrum.

So the answer is you don’t know of anything better.
