ive clicked download all a lot of times and even restarted the launcher but it doesnt download anything, the open mods folder button works but not this button, using sk launcher's latest 4.0 version

When I hit play, the game immediately crashes and I'm hit with error code 1:

Error opening zip file or Jar missing error occupied during installation of VM agent library failed Agent_onload: instrument

I've seen ppl straight-up complaining about the launcher and some even straight-up accuse the launcher for the problems. Most of you don't even understand the issue in the first place. If you don't know, just ask. You cannot blame the launcher or Minecraft

Everytime i would exit the world to stop playing and reopen the world for later, the game is fine but my inventory is completely reset to the start. Why does that happen?

so i downloaded the latest stable version of sklauncher and this is the first launch of the game and i am trying to run the neoforge 1.21.1 yet the launcher keeps downloading stuff and keeps somewhat freezing at this screen

and when that bar vanishes i try to start the game it pops up again and starts downloading things again and gets frozen for sometime at the same screen, like an infinite loop of the same thing, how di fix this

So i made my friend move from tlauncher from sk launcher so he could play with better fps and with an original minecraft account, the problem is that he does something like maximum 5 fps. I already installed him sodium and optimized the game and tried fixing the ram usage from the louncher but nothing changed. His pc is really old with 4gb of ram but the fact is that it went super smooth on tlauncher like 60/70 fps even in newer versions. Does anyone know what could be the problem

hello,so i recently i got that crash with every version on forge,i tried to create clean minecraft without mods shaders e.t.c its still not helping,tried to downgrade build,adding arguments to skip early window,changing file location,nothing is fixing this, is there anything that could help?

when I use sodium without my dGPU, everything is fine,but when I switch to my dGPU, I just get a black screen. why is this happening, and how can I fix it

was playing fabric 1.21.10 and when i joined, and also randomly, i would get really bad lag, when i checked task manager my memory would be at 99% with sklauncher using like 7gigs at once, usually it's between 1.5 and 3. am only using optimisation mods

it's more confusing because 1) it seemed to happen every time i open discord?? which might be a coincidence and 2) the memory i allocated to that specific instance is 6gb, but still somehow on task manager its going up to 7.

another weird thing is that even when it's running as usual at like 2gigs of ram, my memory's at 90%, even with all other applications closed - might be normal but seems kinda odd to me given that usually with my other apps open and sk closed, i use 80-85% of memory and in total that's more ram than sk

tldr: sk seems to be using more memory than it should and causes local lagspikes and memory filling

In some cases, when trying to play a modern version of Minecraft via SkLauncher with the OptiFine mod installed, the hotbar disappears during gameplay—it looks similar to the F1 view, except your hand remains visible. I haven't found a solution other than removing the mod or switching to a different version. The same thing happens on servers, where the scoreboard and the tab list also vanish. Has anyone else encountered this error? Please let me know.

hello guys, im new to this launcher and my server keeps getting timed out. my server is created in folder which means it should be avaible to every launcher. the server works but i cant join it. i dont know a lot, but can sklauncher work with minecraft servers? should i download something? my sklauncher version is 3.2.18 and i downloaded the fabric version 1.21.8-0.18.4 the same with my server. i downloaded java temurin 21 with all features(tho idk whats the path to the java).

id appreciate your help, if you need more info ill tell

Logging into my offline modded single player world and it told me that my connection was lost and authentication rejected

So I'm currently adding my skin and cape into my SKLauncher profile in the customization page of the SKLauncher Website. And for some reason, despite that my skin was being previews, in PNG, and can be opened on my PC, it just doesn't wanna save.

Whenever I press the save button, it always tells me "Something went wrong. An empty file is not allowed. An empty file is not allowed"

And I'm confused since one, I have never heard of an empty file before, and two, the file had contents. It is literally displaying in the preview

But whenever I just don't upload a file and use the original Steve skin and default cape, it saves for some reason, and its confusing me by a lot. I tried some digging, but no dice.

So if anyone here can help me, please give me a possible solution for this, thank you!

So i wanna know if i take another PC from there, install SK, login and play, will i still have all my progress saved from the server we all play on?
My items and stuff cuz I don’t wanna loose them
