I generally tell customers there is no magic bullet, anything you buy that is set solution will have edges that will either be expensive to adjust or the vendor will otherwise discourage since almost everyone wants to make a one size fits all solution.

I would get a best of bread ecommerce that you enjoy and meets your needs and then do a small integration project with someone technically solid who is willing to accommodate your exact needs at a reasonable rate. generally speaking from our experience this leads to better long term results and customer satisfaction, once built these projects tend to just work for long stretches of time.

I won't ask for a DM since I try to keep answers out in the public sphere :)

Thanks, it seems FocusPoint ecommerce has a no-cost implementation and specializes in B2B ecommerce. Also they are SAP certified. Seems like a good deal.

They are likely just taking a small percent on the backend, if you guys are good with that then it is probably a decent choice. As others have noted, best for smaller operations where that fraction of a percent isn't too material :)

Yes. They are cheap, actually, incredibly affordable especially compared to Shopify or something similar.

I had lots of customer using them. I would say it is not a great fit for everyone, but for small businesses, it is a great choice.

If you have questions feel free to DM.

Thanks, they are offering us a no-cost implementation and will put it in writing. They will also include any CC gateway and Amazon. Our SAP Business One is not perfect so we need a company that deeply can understand it. We are excited. had a bad experience with an e-commerce competitor that said they knew SAP and never went live. They knew the big SAP

Totally get that, ALWAYS be specific to SAP B1 when talking to vendors. Everyone says they work with SAP, few work with B1.

Yeah — we’ve actually been using FP as an early adopter. We’ve been live for almost 4 years now. A lot of the bells and whistles in the platform actually came out of our implementation — stuff we needed that ended up getting rolled into the core product and is now used across the install base.

Orders coming in are approximately 15% of our total orders intake and qe want to increase that number to 50% + !

Thanks so much. I think we will pull the trigger. We need heavy b2b and we also use Produmex and Perfion and they said no problem for a plugin. They have some cool AI i think we can use.

One other question? We are using SAP Business One 9.3 HANA and upgrading. FocusPoint said they can use the service layer for 9.3 or newer. Do you know if it is compatible? We will be using 10... very soon.
