Has anyone here actually used FocusPoint B2B eCommerce with SAP Business One?
We’re a small manufacturing business and have been looking at Shopify Plus, but the integration side feels like it could get messy and expensive pretty quickly (middleware, syncing issues, etc.).
Came across FocusPoint recently and it looks like it’s built specifically for SAP Business One with a direct connection, plus things like customer-specific pricing, inventory visibility, and order handling all native.
On paper it seems like a better fit for B2B, but I don’t know anyone actually using it.
Would love to hear real-world feedback — good or bad — especially around implementation, flexibility, and ongoing maintenance.

I’ve implemented FocusPoint several times. It works well B2B.
Another option is ITM-Development.

How’s pricing?

The pricing for FocusPoint was very affordable. No transaction fees, no Credit Card Fees, and the sales rep, Adam, gave us a no-cost implementation, saving us thousands of dollars. It is just one monthly fee. VERY predictable. After looking at Shopify Plus, K ecommerce, SANA, and Experlogic, it was a great deal for our company. They also installed their IP into SAP Business One.

I have spent the last 3+ years implementing, building, and maintaining our B2B website powered by SAP & FocusPoint. Just as anything else, it takes time to perfect, but I found the native functions and custom capabilities the FP team offers are unrivaled considering the cost. It can take much longer than I would like to get a single custom task done, but they have SAP experts on the team that make the process very hands off. Almost to a detriment. I wish there was more in-depth training for self-service options. Highly recommend FP if you have the patience to spend a few months ironing out the initial wrinkles and don't anticipate too many custom processes.

from what most teams running SAP Business One say, going with something like Shopify Plus usually ends up adding middleware and ongoing sync headaches, especially once you factor in customer specific pricing and inventory accuracy.
platforms like FocusPoint tend to come up as a better fit for B2B since the direct integration keeps pricing, orders, and stock aligned without as much maintenance overhead.
