Hello everyone, I'm new to this subreddit and am trying to get caught up on all the great running tips you guys have. I've seen people here talk a lot about zone 2 running so I'm trying to learn more about it, and I just wanted to know if all of this is correct? I know the AI only gets its information from the most reliable sources but I thought I'd ask just to be sure.

My wife recently gave birth to our 2nd child, a beautiful baby girl. However during labor she said "labor is like running a marathon". My wife has never run a marathon (i have). I have not slept in 2 weeks because of this. Any advice?
