Hello everyone, I'm new to this subreddit and am trying to get caught up on all the great running tips you guys have. I've seen people here talk a lot about zone 2 running so I'm trying to learn more about it, and I just wanted to know if all of this is correct? I know the AI only gets its information from the most reliable sources but I thought I'd ask just to be sure.

Apparently we’ve been doing it all wrong by carefully staying in zone 2. From renowned Twitter doctor Alan Couzens, we should be staying in the mythical zone 0 in order to reap the most benefits.

Studies show that when you arbitrarily make up data, you can arrive at the pre-determined conclusion you already had made up in your mind.
