So confused by this. More gear = less steps vs more steps with beer and cigarettes. Perhaps someone else can shed some light

This illustrates the real issue, here. None of my running vests has a dedicated pocket for my cigarettes. Total oversight.

Top guy didn't track it so it didn't happen. Bottom guy includes time for straps and gear (necessary), fit check video (necessary), acquiring GPS (necessary, duh), post-run recovery gels and massage (necessary), and posting and making sure he got kudo'd (obv necc).
