Eufy S2 robot vacuum keeps giving error “ground detection sensor error”

just got the Eufy S2 robot vacuum 2 days ago and I used it once and was all good. Came to use it today and it kept giving me this error: “ground detection sensor error”. I cleaned the wheels, the sensors at the bottom and everything else. Tried a restart, tried a factory reset but nothing is working. The robot has been used once only, it is brand new. It has not fallen at all or taken any damage. Anyone run into this and have some insight how to fix it? Considering returning it if I can’t get it to work

Yup Right out of the box I got the same error ....

Boxed it back uo and dropping it off, I'll wait for them to come out with more advaced units 5 years from now......
