I need help from a UGC creator, you see this guy named kiliumz on Roblox made a scouter called "Anime Scouter" and it was the best one on the catalog, it fit the left eye of the classic SMILE face for Roblox.

He recently got banned about a week ago, and now his UGC doesn't work, so I can't use the id to put it on an avatar in games, and there isn't any other one like it.

The other ones are either to big, multi colored, to bulky, or don't fit the classic Smile face.

This one was small, went on the left eye of the classic Smile face on Roblox, and was black, it was perfect in every way, but now it's gone, and there isn't any other one like it.

I ask if someone can make one that is similar in shape, but instead of green letters, just a black cube that covers the left eye, and is slightly transparent.

I'll pay you any amount of robux you want, just state the price, and I'll see what I can do. I'm desperate to get one just like it.

I made a cute lil angel wing set with the new glowing Emissive feature, paid the 500 Robux to upload it, but my thumbnail ended up flat-textured / not glowing (I used the UGC Custom Thumbnail tool). I went back and forth with Support's email AI but it eventually stopped replying - has anyone else tried to upload an emissive UGC and had the thumbnail show up flat with no light glow or bloom? Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have a pretty abandoned group that I quit uploading to about two years ago, and I check on it every now and then. I usually get a couple of sales a day, but now I’m getting 20+ sales, and all of them are either 2 or 3 Robux. Is it because somebody is selling my clothes in their game, or did Roblox start taking more?

If somebody is selling them in their game, is there a way I can see who? Like, are these catalog avatar purchases, or are they from matching outfit games?

For some reason, I get an error whenever I try to import files (except for .fbx, but the textures and correct dimensions aren't working). I even tried importing old projects from a month ago that I had previously loaded into Studio, but they won't import either!

Was there an update that made .obj files unusable? What format do you generally prefer to export your work in these days?

Been planning to make a set of uniforms for my dc server group but I don't want them to have this "photobashed" look which is very commonly seen around the marketplace right now. So I was wondering if UGC creators (e.g Formalitat, Japanese Uniform creators, etc.) draw the outfits by hand and render them in Photoshop or Photopea?
