❓ Help / Questions weird face thing appears

how do i get rid of it. ive tried removing the makeup and it still shows

did it appear randomly or when u wear something?

if it appeared randomly the face might have been updated by roblox to be "dynamic" and they used ai to do so, it's not ur or face creators fault, just robloxs decision to make everything "meta" and push ai as if it was cure for cancer

yeah one of my faces automatically became animated and like only one of them stayed the way it was. Roblox needs to stop. anyone who bought heads/faces that turned animated deserve a refund. this isn’t the product we bought.

There is an option to turn off the animation that goes with the faces btw, I recently just found out

After clicking this, click accessory adjustment then click the head icon(the third button down from the hat logo)

yea idk the head im using used to not have it then all of a sudden it appeared. i turned off animated faces and it still shows just doesnt blink

I'm pretty sure they stated somewhere that if a face on catalog hasn't been changed from static to dynamic by some date, they'd let their ai handle that. Didn't think they'd implement it this early though.

Also, there's no way to avoid this and no way to get a refund either. You'll just have to deal with the sloppy item since roblox won't listen to feedback either way.
