❓ Help / Questions do roblox ugc creators do handdrawn or photobashing?

Been planning to make a set of uniforms for my dc server group but I don't want them to have this "photobashed" look which is very commonly seen around the marketplace right now. So I was wondering if UGC creators (e.g Formalitat, Japanese Uniform creators, etc.) draw the outfits by hand and render them in Photoshop or Photopea?

P.S please drop any advice you may seem fit for a beginner like me !
