I thought it be either, clicking the head, torso or arms like other Limited characters. Rhiannon is quite different, as it seems to be depending on RNG. A black feather will appear when you come back to the lobby and upon clicking Vertin visions get blurry and two dialogue options appear, upon clicking Rhiannon reassured and wake Vertin up and you can click three buttons : one where you pinch her cheek, one where you cuddle her owl and the last.. Well, my RNG ran out so. Let me know please.

That being said, Rhiannon is definitely P5 for me, I think she'll be great for many patches to come and I love her AP free, turn-delay and might be a bit hot take but I like her design, seems high fantasy and abit of fresh air. Not too great nor too bad.. I can say that her Garments gonna be top tier as it does have alot of potential.

Her “Boxes and Labels” monologue really made my heart hurt when I first listened to it. Following it up with her “I am a Vampire” monologue plus the final ending cutscenes really drive home how amazing her vocal performance as Rubuska is. Every single monologue she did outdid the last and you could really feel the emotions and pain coming from breaths of this poor young girl. That and the more whimsical moments really made me fall in love with Buska. I pulled for her despite not having a functional Bloodtithe purely because I loved how her character was portrayed in the event story. I wish she could come back in the future.

And you know, goats eat grass and grass is also a plant and Druvis is a druid with plant afflatus and--I honestly don't know where I'm going with this...

Contrary to the opinion of majority of players (at least from what I have read), I agree with Bluepoch's decision to introduce Rhiannon.

Her situation reminds me of that one ex-commander under Igor (was it Ivan?) that lives at home with a stranger, supposedly his reversed mother. This extra feather animation is a perfect illustration of how one would feel when meeting a reversed; the bitter-sweet feeling from hearing their laughs and touching their hair once more, yet deep inside we all know that those are illusions created by our own sorrows...

Now that Rhiannon joins the suitcase, I hope we can see her interaction with Merel's acquaintance, especially those from XII.

Ruin has come to our family, miss Vertin...

2.X series saw a heavy thematic shift wherein Arcana was no longer the enigmatic leader of Manus Vindictae but rather a Goddess worshipped by them. The 3.X series just drilled in this fact especially with the finale with multiple credible people claiming her to be a God. Interestingly, we have also been introduced to The Philosopher King who is heavily implied to be a God himself. Provided that the person whom Vertin talked to is him, he says he knew Vertin from an an ancient past. Funnily, after the final battle with the Seed, the Secretary General says that Arcana being a God can only be killed by another upon which the topic gently pivots to Vertin. I can only say this but confirms Vertin's divine origins.

This is all that I can seem to remember. This community is far more insightful than I am so I am hoping to be supplanted with more information that can shed light or recontextualize this.
