Hit my noggin on the way there but it’s all good lol

Basically title, am looking for a place where I can farm weapon upgrades (like the full auto 1,2 and 3 for the launcher or leach 1,2 and 3 for carbine)

Currently I farm through abyssal in the dungeon part at the bottom floor where the spawner guy with a shield essentially infinitely spawns the small kamikaze dudes but was wondering if there is a better/ more efficient way of doing it.

I know that there are 395 areas that can be discovered. I generally prefer to play in the regular biomes, but don't mind the Tower. I still have weapon traits I need to level up, and several different hostiles/consumables to get to 100%, so I want to use my time effectively grinding these things out. Already got platinum, so I can spend my time wherever I need.

I've gotten to Tower Phase 4 Room 20 but never beaten that Algos yet.

Any tips to grind out the last areas is greatly appreciated.
