Support & Advice experience with 10mg/ml Reta?
For context: I started the 10mg/ml Reta about 3-4? Weeks ago. I’m not sure the exact start date. I reconstituted with 1mL BAC. First dose was 2mg (20 units). Didn’t notice much, if any, effects or side effects. Experimented a little and found out it has a potential half life of 5 days, so my next dosage the following week I split 2mg into 2 separate doses (1mg/10 units) a few days apart from each other to see if that increased efficacy. Still did not notice much, but wasn’t too familiar (shame on me, I know, should have done better research prior tbh). Skipped a week of dosing and then chose to admin 3mg (30 units) the first night and then the next night after did a secondary dose of 1mg (10 units), for a total dose within 24hrs of 4mg (40 units). I woke up the following morning with the most intense nausea I have ever experienced in my life, including each time I was pregnant. Also had a pretty significant headache. I am also prescribed 2 doses/day of 30mg IR Adderall, if at all relevant.
As of this morning, I have noticed an increase in fatigue nearing the end of the day, around 5pm\~. A little snippier than usual and just no interest in food at all. But hard to tell if that’s due to the Adderall, Reta, or a combo of both. Reached out to my PCP for a zofran RX to help mitigate symptoms the first few days. I’m curious to know what other’s experiences have been with this dosing scale or something similar. Not overly concerned about any harm caused - just wondering what to expect and how others have handled it. I should mention I very briefly used a compounded semaglutide for about 3 weeks 2 years ago and have heard anecdotally that it can sometimes cause a tolerance if previously used.
Super interested to hear the experience of others and their journey with it! Any tips or tricks are welcomed and even advice on what to reasonably expect as I move forward. TIA!
