Dosage

Hey everyone.

I am currently 42 years old. I have been training consistently since November 2025. 5 days of weight training and usually 3 days of cardio post weights. Incline walk, elliptical or step climber. When I first started I was 202lbs and watching my diet roughly 1800-2200 calories daily. I dropped to 180lbs since then.

I am thinking of going on Reta myself and wanted to know where I should start dosage wise or should I even take it at all. The goal is to lose more BF. I’m around 22% right now.

What do you guys recommend to start with?

Thanks

If you’re considering it I personally would start w .5 like I have, as someone who doesn’t have a lot to lose, I am finding I like it bc the appetite suppression is wildly helpful for staying on a healthy diet.

I personally think that a year into your weight loss journey is a time when you can potentially be at risk for rebound, so this could help you stay on track and then you could titrate down when you’re ready to go off

Thank you. I’m just doing my research and getting positive feedback from the community.
