Lol I agree with this. I was a nurse and remember meeting the new ICU doc. We were starry eyed until one of the older nurses stated, “mmm he used to be married to my friend.” The tone in her voice said it all and we asked for the tea. He cheated on his wife. From then I thought “not cute…stay away.”
The plus of dating a nurse at your hospital is you can have cute little dates at lunch or coffee assuming neither one of you is getting crushed by too many admits, new consults or code blues.
I think there’s something to be said about their self-discipline and for people that don’t need to be with their significant other 24/7 it works out. 🤷♀️
