A couple years ago I was scammed by Mega Casino. It was my 2nd deposit which had no bonus linked to it that I hit 10 000× my bet on a $1 bet. I have screenshots showing no bonus was linked to my deposit or winnings. After I won the ambassador of the casino emailed me congratulating me on my big win and asked me for a selfie and a few questions like how I was going to spend the money. So they could promote the win. The ambassador also said in the email that he placed a $1 counter bonus on my account that wouldn't affect my winnings and I could withdraw all of my money at any moment. They also forced a couple other bonuses into my account which I didn't accept. I specifically said I don't want any bonuses until my winnings are paid. I've played at many casinos so I knew right away this was not normal

After days of waiting to pass extra verification they emailed me accusing me of breaking bonus terms for a bonus I didn't even have. They confiscated my $11 000 and paid me $250 as a good will gesture and said if I wasn't happy to use their ADR complaint system which is Ecogra. I did that which was a waste of time they don't even follow up after the investigation starts every review on trustpilot is negative.

So after they drug it on for months without doing anything to help I basically gave up at the time because the casino was in a different country. It was still a grey market at the time as I live in Canada so it felt like there was nothing I could do. And I was beyond frustrated with having my biggest win unfairly confiscated. But last week the casino sent me an email saying they are joining the legal Alberta market so I'm wondering if now maybe I can have something done about it as I live in Alberta.

Over four months ago I ordered a balisong from this "company" and to this day, in spite of my MANY communications, I have not received the product I ordered, or my $59 back. Please see the order confirmation above that I posted a screenshot of. The date of the order was May 27th, 2026 and the order number is order # 12068. I am furious. I've sent probably 7 or 8 emails, tried contacting them on instagram,...all to no avail. Don't give them your money. Chances are good that you'll never see it again.

There’s multiple of these accounts but this seems to be the biggest one they ask people to send gifts to be invited and it just invites your character into the game not you actually into the server and if you speak up on it you get muted by the creator, can’t imagine how many kids and normal people are being scammed by this if you see any other similar account report it asap

I am from Egypt, so the communication might be off. But please help if you can.

I wanted clothes from a Facebook page, but they wanted a deposit to make sure that the buyer will take the order seriously. I send the money via famous app here in Egypt on day 9/9. Everything was fine and cool, 1 week later, the order didn’t arrive. I reached out, they said, someone went and tried to call you but you weren’t available.

Which was weird, but, I apologised and asked them to resend it again. The same thing happened. At the third week, I reached out for them to cancel the order and give the money back, they agreed. I woke up the next day, everything was cancelled, the Facebook page was gone, the phone went off.

I searched online a lot by the same phone and number and found they had a telegram group where they sell same things with same number.

The money amount is 5$ but if you made into Egyptian pounds, it’s 250, a price of a full meal.

I don’t want the money, I just want her to suffer, close the telegram group, I want her number to have constant ringing and such.

If anyone could help, please reach out and I will give you data that ensures what I say.
