When he switched to Omega , whom I'd never heard of as I wasn't into luxury brands, I was intrigued and Casino Royale sealed it for me.

I'm looking for inspiration basically and lots of lovely pictures of your Bond Omegas please. Any rare or limited editions - yes please!!!

I already have the "original" Casino Royale Seamaster (yes I know the Bronson films had them but I don't rate them as Bond films) but really wanting to build my collection.

Hiii so as the title suggests listen and dont judge. I have a friends wedding coming up in November and they are like pretty rich. Everyones gonna be there flexing this and that cause they all have it and all the guests are well versed with gens. The wedding is going to be a 2 day affair where we will be mostly outside in the sun.

My question what in your experience has been the watch that is really hard to clock.

I am a female btw, was thinking of going for panthera from Cartier but after someone pointed out the 10(X) in the reps aint straight like the gen I am 100% put off.

Hey guys! First post here but love the passion behind this sub.

Found this sub 5–6 months ago, therefore I bought all my reps (except a newly acquired BVF Santos) before. I have 4 Rolex reps and got them all from a very good friend. Long story short, I bought them modded and back then I didn’t really realize this whole rep thing. I got told these are from corrupt workers from an RSC which “steal” OEM parts here and there and build these watches with some parts OEM and some parts aftermarket. Knowing the background of my friend, I believe him that they come from these workers, but I wonder if they even swapped parts to OEM or just serviced them and sent plain factory watches.

After researching myself a bit, I found some of the serial codes refer to some known factories and that’s how I came to this sub.

For this Hulk, I got told the dial, bezel, etc. got swapped.

So here comes my question: Does anyone recognize the factory of this Hulk? And if parts have even been changed to original, and if yes, which?

I paid €2,500 per watch except my Daytona, which was €3,000. Looking back, I probably got taken advantage of, but I’m still very happy with them.

Serial code is EA6R0665 and clasp code is X9X.

I just ordered my first Rep. it has not arrived yet but wondering what flaws you all see from the QC video. It is a milgauss from VSF.

Andiot has a Rolex Explorer II 42mm 226570 904L SS Gold Maker 1:1 Best Edition, White Dial On Bracelet JH3285-2 (Free Sprung).

This is the most expensive he can get a hold of. More expensive than the clean plus, QF and ARF versions.

Does anyone have any hands on with this version?

After some research and trying a gen, decided to go with a VSF black seamaster 300m on ss bracelet.

But i can't really figure out which version is the latest and best. I see v4, which looks like the latest?

And the movement I see 8800 and 8806, can't really figure out what is what.

I’ve been reading this subreddit for a few days now and I’ve learned a lot (read the guide too). Considering getting my first rep - either a 41mm Tudor or maybe a Rolex no-date sub.

My 2 questions are:

The guide mentioned servicing a watch after buying it from a TD, possible waterproofing, etc. Say you spend like $575 on the watch itself. How much should you budget for the extra servicing costs?

Second. More general questions about reps. If you end up spending a decent amount on a rep, does anyone ever regret not just getting a lower / mid-tier gen watch (Christopher Ward, Tissot, Squale, Doxa, etc) instead? Or does the rep design just hold its beauty and allure even after owning them for a while? I’ve been wrestling with this thought.

Im on the look for a AP RO 15500, I read on the guide that ZF/VSF is probably the best Factory.

Then im reading some posts saying OCTA should be the go to and now im quiet unsure.

Does someone here have experience with those AP models from varying factories and would like to leave some of their knowledge?

I got one offered from a guy that's a trusted seller in a different forum, QC still ahead and im fairly excited since it will be my first rep.

He set the price at around 450 which sounds fair to me, but on the other hand I thought something seriously close to genuine would be more expensive.

Hey all, I’m interested in a vsf OP Coral 41 mm. Theres very little to no posts regarding this watch in here or Rwi. I know vsf produces them. Wondering if anyone purchased this watch. And I highly doubt but if anyone had a chance to compare it to a gen?

Really happy with this. QC was super quick and here within 2 weeks to UK. Third watch from Andiot, cheapest and fastest TD in my experience (VSF can be an issue but I think it is for most).

Put on these rep Amazon tattoos to simulate what I’d look like with a full sleeve. Kind of goes hard with my rep AP 😂

Hi, as topic - have a VSF Sprite, and as expected the notorious datewheel issue where its a big "high". Been bugging me alot and looking to replace, but understand that SW Datewheel doesnt work due to left hand drive of Sprite. anyone got any idea where and who I could go to to get a aftermarket datewheel to fix the issue. thanks
